Dr. Schmidl and her staff are friendly and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly defines the goals and progress of one’s treatment. I enjoy seeing her role has a teacher/educator when training staff kr simply imparting knowledge to her staff to help them learn or better understand orthodontics. It seems like she goes out of her to do this, to impart orthodontics knowledge and that I admire.

I am an adult patient (let’s just say over 55!) who needed correction on relapsed teeth. In an effort to prevent future dental problems, my dentist referred me to Dr. Schmidl. 18 months later I have a beautiful smile, a corrected bite, and a mouthful of straight teeth. Thanks to Dr. Schmidl’s professional competence, excellent explanations, a very supportive staff, and a warm and inviting office, my months of treatment flew by! 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Schmidl is wonderful. The process from my consultation appointment to getting my braces on was really quick. Since I was getting married the same year I needed a treatment plan that would have my smile picture perfect come wedding day! I am personally grateful for the attention to detail that Dr. Schmidl displays in her craft. She is always so professional, gentle, precise, and so nice! She provides exceptional care and is always accommodating to my busy schedule. I always enjoy every visit with her!

Dr. Katzen was recommended by our pediatric dentist. From the initial visit through the next six years, our experiences at Katzen orthodontics have been all that I could have hoped for for our kids. The whole staff is cheerful, professional, well-trained and pleasant to be around. Dr. Katzen's expertise and experience were just what we needed. I appreciated the courteous and friendly way he communicated with us. We always knew what he felt needed to be done, and what we and the kids needed to do to make the job successful. He was good at encouraging our younger son when the treatment was difficult and motivating our teenager when cleanliness was an issue. The cost of treatment was reasonable and they had options to help it fit our budget.Now, our teenager has completed his treatment and the results are amazing. His smile is beautiful. One final note, we live nearly 3 hours from the office and found that Dr. Katzen and his staff worked to accommodate our driving schedule. I am very thankful for the quality of work they have done for our family.
