Our experience with Bracetown has been exceptionally positive from the initial consultation. They addressed all the inquiries posed by my very inquisitive 11-year-old son, providing him with comprehensive explanations regarding the entire orthodontic process. Every member of the staff, including the receptionist, orthodontic assistants, and Dr. Jay, demonstrated a high degree of kindness and compassion.

Bracetown is a great office. Staff is amazing,friendly, knowledgeable very accommodating. I refer everyone that needs braces to bracetown Astoria.I have 2 sons one is about done with his and the other is going to start. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDThank you Bracetown for a wonderful experience.

I was referred here and I love it for my child! From the front desk, to the staff in the back, and the doctors! All are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The times i’ve had an appointment, there is no wait time, place is very clean, and organized. I’ve recommended family members to them and they are happy as well.it’s been 9 months and they’re still amazing and my daughter loves them too.

Bracetown is a great place. I've been bringing my granddaughter there for about a year! They are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Ray is the best! The office is always spotless. Great office, great staff!I started this Journey with my son when he was just a little boy 8-9 yrs old. He is 19 yrs old and they made his treatment very pleasant during all these years! His case was a little complicated but he finally got his Invisalign and they always walked him through every step. Thank you all for all these years it truly was a sweet & bitter moment after all these years of visiting the office monthly. Thank you Dr. Ray

First time here and you get attended to quick . They are friendly, professional and fun! Nothing is more scary than X-rays, metal and drills for kids and the fact that your kids come out laughing and smiling all while getting the care they need is everything and more . Thank you Bracetown for your bedside manner to my son and everything you’re doing so he can have straighten teeth. God bless

This place is great, love the updated Medical equipment, my son loved the 2 PlayStation game systems for kids to play with while they wait, it was on today but we hope it up & running on the next visit. It was a in & out visit, it wasn't crowded , very clean, very nice women at the desk, the dental assistant was very nice & patient with my son, she was very soft spoken, she helped him understand what he needed to l do & the doctor was very nice as well he explain everything & clearly. They answered all of my questions, see you guys again @ the next visit. Good bless you all.

We love Bracetown Orthodontics!! Everyone here is so kind, funny and super nice! Both my son and I look forward to seeing everyone and catching up. My son’s journey is unbelievable! He is soooo happy with how his teeth look in just one year since he got his braces. I love seeing his beautiful smile and the confidence his braces gave him! I was only here for a consult and I have to say that the doctor’s honesty really impressed me. It turns out that my chief complaint for doing alignment could actually be potentially fixed with a simple dental procedure. I went to several other orthodontic offices and they were all trying to sell me on an alignment without addressing my chief complaint.
