I am grateful for the exceptional care and support I received at Aurora Best Smiles, from the receptionist's warm welcome to the skillful and compassionate care of the dentist, I couldn't have asked for a better dental visit. They have turned what is often considered a daunting experience into a positive one. Thank you for your dedication to patient comfort and oral health. I couldn't be happier with the care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of dental services.

They charged me $150 without letting me know the price for the exam/X-ray ahead of time. Other places charge 19 dollar before you are taken or less. I tried calling them to dispute the transaction but claimed that the person they talked to on the phone (who was not me) knew the account. I am the patient and it did not go through me. I will not be coming here ever again

I have been taking my family to Aurora Best smiles for several years, and I am consistently satisfied with the quality of care they provide. The entire team is friendly and great with kids.I highly recommend Dr.Anas Barakat for anyone seeking dental health.

Ok so we had gone to the same dentist for like a decade and then he retired. We absolutely loved him! We bounced around a few dentists until we found Dr Barcat. The search is over!! They have a great staff at Aurora Best Smiles and the dentist Dr Barcat really knows what he is doing! I had a bridge replaced and they did it for have of the cost of what my last dentist! If you are looking for a dentist you don't need to look any further!

The doctor is ok, but the bad thing is the appointments they want to give him appointments when they want or they cancel the appointments.I do not recommend it since the manager is terrible and arrogant, they need some customer service classes. I recommend that you better look for another dental clinic with more professionalism and that has time to care for you.

I received partials from Aurora Best smiles, I could not be happier. I feel no pain or discomfort & wear them all day long with no worries, I had a previous set made at a different office in Naperville & was very disappointed, I'm glad I chose the Aurora office for my needs. The Dr. & his wife are the best & care about their patients, I am 110% satisfied. Thank you to Aurora best smiles.

I went in to get a filling because mine had fallen out. He then told me I needed a bunch of fillings and two teeth extracted which he said he could do in the office. So I trusted him, big mistake. He ended up breaking off parts of my tooth instead of pulling it out and after multiple tries I wasn’t even fully numb. He acted as though I was over reacting and I was just being anxious. He never apologized for the pain he put me through and prescribed Tylenol which was barely stronger than what you can get over the counter. Please do not go here!Update: the oral surgeon I went to was appalled that this dentist continued trying to take out the tooth. In the surgeons opinion he should have never even tried to take it out and the “work” he did made it much harder for the surgeon to take out.

Great staff and doctor, very friendly, clean office and strictly follows the Covid- 19 guidelines. I went there today for the first time and I am really impressed. They will be my permanent dentist going forward. Nancy, the lady who schedules our appointment is also very sweet and nice to talk to. I would rate more than 5 stars if the system would let me. Highly recommended!!

They did a fantastic job on removing my wisdom teeth and walked through every step of the way with the procedure and even went the extra mile on finding me referralsI Highly Recommend!!! Thank you guys!
