Fantastic group! First time at the office - staff was super friendly and Dr. Jaros was delightful. Looking forward to my next visit!

Dream team of experts! We had just moved to town, with no dentist set up, and my crown popped off while I was eating on a Tuesday night. I needed the crown reattached asap so I called and left a voicemail at Austin Dental Works, that night. Tiffanie called me as soon as they opened the next day, gave me options, and booked me for a 2pm appointment. I was willing to pay the quote at face value in order to get the crown reattached. She THEN managed to get our insurance on the phone before the appointment was over. Which ended up covering a portion of the visit, the cherry on top that this location qualified. They made me feel like I had been a patient of theirs for years. Dr. Jaros was welcoming and quick. Then I was out of there! Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to Austin Dental Works for years and each visit has been great! The team is so friendly and professional. My appointments always start on time, and I’ve never had a surprise bill. I trust Dr. Jaros and have never felt pressured into any unnecessary procedures. The couple of fillings I have had have been super smooth, in and out appointments. I’ve referred most of my family to Austin Dental Works, and we’re all happy to have a dentist we love!

If you want the best dental experience, come to Austin Dental Works !!!! I’d been to several dental clinics in search for the good service ,but no one is like Austin Dental Works. Dr.Jaros, dental hygienist(Sarah) and Financial Coordinator( Tiffanie ) are wonderful, attentive, friendly and highly competent. as well as the other team. Sarah is my hygienist and she has taught me so much about my teeth, gums, and what I need to do to care for them.She is a dedicated hygienist and does an incredible job.The process is simple and easy. Austin Dental Works goes over everything in great detail so that their patients can understand.I love this Place!!!

I moved over to Austin Dental Works after a terrible experience at Swish. It's been a great experience each and every time I visit their office. Dr. Jaros and their team are detailed, kind and knowledgeable. Their office is efficient and clean and it's easy to make or change an appointment. I've been very happy with my move.

I recently visited Dr. Jaros' office for a few cavity fillings and my routine teeth cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Tiffanie at the front desk made me feel welcome and ensured everything was seamless. Sarah, the dental hygienist, went above and beyond to make sure my cleaning was done thoroughly and gently. She took her time, addressing areas that had been overlooked in previous cleanings at other offices, which made a world of difference for me. Dr. Jaros was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind throughout my visit. She explained everything in detail and made me feel completely at ease. Yulissa, the dental assistant, was also fantastic, providing great support during my treatment. What truly stood out was the office’s willingness to offer alternative payment methods so I did not have to front several hundreds of dollars after having recently relocated to the city, making it easier to prioritize my oral care. The entire team, from Tiffanie to Dr. Jaros, Sarah, and Yulissa, was exceptional. As someone with VERY extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and absolutely HATES it - I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care, literal angels as staff and clean/well maintained office and I will be making this location and team my home for regular visits moving forward! I'd also like to note this is an honest first hand experience and review - I was not prompted or directly asked to leave a review which often happens with other offices.

If you’re reading this, then you, like I once was, are looking for a reasonable dentist in Austin. Luckily for you, your troubles are over. I’ve been a patient (customer?) of Austin Dental Works for the last three years, and it’s been a great experience. Dr. Jaros and her team are friendly and professional, and they make what otherwise would be an awful experience (who hasn’t had that dentist’s experience?) pleasant and stress-free.
