I had a great experience being treated by Dr. Ernesto Carmona Jr. and his team. They made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. I could see that they had a lot of experience and were very qualified in my dental care process. Staff was very caring and helped calm me down when my blood pressure was too high, which allowed me to feel safe and cared for to continue with the process. Dr. Carmona is my tooth hero! I have two dental implants originally placed about 20 years ago. He first saved my smile so it was perfect for my wedding NOW he has saved my smile again when the other implant failed and needed to be replaced completely. He did everything he could save it and then gently and supportively gave me the news about it failing. He was already in contact with the oral surgeon while I was still sitting in his chair and I got an appointment with the oral surgeon within days. He made sure I had a flipper before my surgery so I never walked around with a gap which was so important for me. The color of my permanent crown matches well. I also want to shout out his office manager, Misty, who is a saint! She is a great communicator and super empathetic about how much this affects you. She also fights for insurance to do their part as much as she can! I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Misty, the Office Manager took the call and she was highly professional, knowledgeable and most important kind and considerate. She told me of the wide range of services they offered and spoke most highly of Dr. Carmona's expertise and caring personality. She was very right about Dr. Carmona. It can be traumatic having to have the entire set of your top teeth replaced. From the beginning to now I have been treated with compassion and respect. I have my bottom teeth and really want to keep them, but if I need them replaced I will not hesitate to return.I am adding to my review because I am so happy with my new teeth 🤗. I have had an amazing experience with the whole staff. Also a smile of recognition when you are in the office from the staff and technicians is wonderful.

Dr Carmon saw me for pain on a bicuspid. He was able to adjust his busy schedule and saw me the very next day! Dr Carmona is extremely knowledgeable gained from experience in many procedures. He was able to provide me with various options to eliminate the pain and take corrective action afterwards. Awesome dentist! I recommend him with NO reservations.

My first visit was a very good experience. I was referred by a surgeon and was very pleased by the friendly staff and the excellent explanation of options for treatment from Dr. Carmona. All staff are very professional as well as considerate and efficient. My recent visit was just as good. Staff show personal concern and Dr Carmona is highly skilled.

I had a socket come out of my lower denture, that’s a huge problem! Called Dr. Carmona’s office, was told “let me check, verify today’s appointments and I’ll call you back”. 10 minutes later got a call back and got in the same day for the repair. EVERY time I’ve been to the office Dr Carmona and his staff have been great!If you need a great oral surgeon, he will refer you to the best!

Omg! I am 56 years old and have always done regular teeth cleaning. I recently lost my dental insurance and decided to look for a specialist that does teeth cleaning! Austin Prosthodontics was absolutely amazing and affordable without insurance for a full cleaning with X-rays. Dr. Carmona himself did my cleaning with some kind of powered water jet and I could feel the plaque falling off!!!! My teeth have never felt cleaner or fresher in my entire life of having cleanings! Dr. Carmona Austin Prosthetics is NUMBER ONE in my book of health care for my teeth! Thank You!

It's hard to find the words that best express my experience with Dr. Carmona and his staff. Compassionate, positive, welcoming, encouraging, are all at the top of the long list, though I'm not sure any of those truly represent how I feel writing this today. In 2015 I had to make the gut wrenching decision to forgo any further "rescue" dental work, have my remaining teeth pulled and be fitted for dentures. Some my fault, hygiene, tounge rings, some family genes but it is what it is. I choose one of the affordable denture places here in town, and borrowed money to do 2 lower implants for the denture to secure to. My experience wasn't great, hey, it was what I could afford, but the subsequent visits got worse and worse. To the point that I felt horrible every time I left there and eventually stopped going back at all. Well a week ago I was eating, heard a pop, and there it went. I broke a lower implant. Not wanting to go back to the affordable place, my wife called her dentist Dr. Tucker who recommended we call Austin Prosthodontics. I was hesitant, but called and explained my situation and they showed compassion, and concern and seemed eager to get me in ASAP. They worked me in for that afternoon, and after much hesitation in the parking lot, I forced myself to go in and "hope for the best". Well the news I got was not the best, about the worst I could get, implant broken, other one failing, all needs to be replaced. But meeting Dr. Carmona and his staff I feel I did get "the best". His staff is amazing, Dr. Carmona is as well, knowing I could not immediately afford to begin this process, they went above and beyond to help me in every way they could. They were willing to work with me, and I truly feel that they only had my best interest in mind. If only I had found them sooner! They have made me feel completely comfortable and I am 100% sure I'm in the right hands now.
