We love Bee Cave Orthodontist. Both of my daughters have worn Invisalign and are thrilled with the results. My father in law in a retired pediatric dentist who initially skeptical about having the girls start young with the liners - he had tons of questions but at the end, we decided to move forward. He obviously would check on the progress and Dr. Silveira shared all the X-rays with him. Overall very happy

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience here. First impressions mean a lot, especially when it comes to children. The front office was great, but the staff member who performed the initial scans, Desiree, didn’t seem as if she had ever worked with children before. She never told me or my daughter what she was doing and why. That would be ok if she at least had a positive attitude and communicated with my daughter in some way. She really said nothing at all other than look here, bring chin down, etc. With adults, sure, but with children, at least pretend to be happy you’re there. She brought my daughter to tears doing a scan that she had done before, with zero problem at all, at another office. It should’ve been easy but she maybe just had an off day or may be new and not have any experience working with young kids, and I understand that, but my daughter has never once had any problem at all at a doctor or dentist office so it was hard see. Dr. Da Silveira was very kind, but we can’t get past the overall experience.

What a great experience all around. We came here to get my son started on Invisalign as he would never smile in pictures. It feels like it went by so fast and now he has a beautiful smile! He no longer feels uncomfortable with his smile. I thought he was too young for Invisalign, but I was wrong! Thank you Bee Cave Orthodontics! Dr Da Silveira and the entire staff have been so helpful for my family. My older daughter had a great experience and beautiful results so it inspired me to have a consultation. I had an overbite that Dr D corrected with Invisalign. The same day I finished my treatment, my younger daughter started her treatment with braces. Having a consistent doctor and staff that sees you and your family year after year is really a testament to the service and results they provide!

I want to start out by saying that I took my daughter to many consultations before deciding on Bee Cave Orthodontics. The other places wanted to do jaw surgery and then regular braces and the whole procedure would be about 3.5 years long from start to finish. I was shocked as my daughter had great teeth and a beautiful smile. I just thought the dentist suggested we get an orthodontic consultation because of teeth crowding. Never did I think she had a jaw issue.Since my daughter is serious in her sport and as a parent, I just didn’t know how this whole surgery process would work and allow my daughter to still participate as strongly and competitively as she would want in her sport, I wanted a few opinions. (My daughter didn’t necessarily have teeth that needed to be moved into place to have a nice smile- my daughter had a pretty severe “open jaw” where her mouth couldn’t close naturally, which effects swallowing and wearing down on the molars and in turn down the line would cause serious TMJ)As soon as we walked into the office at Bee Cave Orthodontics and had all the X-rays and met Dr. Da Silveira, I knew we were in the right place. Dr. Da Silveira said to us she was 100% confident that she could fix my daughter’s jaw 80% with Invisalign! I was shocked as this was never an option for us at any of the other orthodontists. I was amazed and loved hearing that percentage and knowing when she played her sport she could remove the lingers and wear her mouth guard. Not to mention not having to go through painful surgery!Fast forward nearly a year and a half- today we had an appointment and they told us she is on track to be 100% fixed! The before and after photos as of today were incredible! My daughter always had a beautiful smile, but as of today she now has a jaw that is aligned and she isn’t getting as many headaches as she had been. We both are super happy and impressed with what Invisalign can do (obviously you have to wear the Invisalign as instructed for them to work😉)!I strongly recommend Bee Cave Orthodontics! The love and compassion we get every visit from every single team member has been amazing. Thank you💗

I am 65 years old and have been blessed with good teeth, except one molar in the back top that was turned 90 degrees since I was very young. When smiling big, it looked like I was missing a tooth. I always wanted to fix it. Well Bee Cave Orthodontics said they could and they did, imagine at my age having braces, but about a year later, my teeth are perfect at a reasonable cost. Thank you Bee Caves Ortho!

My two children have been in the hands of Dr Dasilveira and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your orthodontic needs. Her staff is super professional and willing to go the extra mile for us. The facility is modern and equipped with state of the art technology and Dr. D , as they affectionally call her, is so relatable and connects with kids immediately. Highly recommend her practice.
