I don’t feel like the amount of money we spent on the Invisalign treatment matched up with the respect, quality, and experience with Dr Kimes. I do think Dr. Kimes has the experience and skills to be an amazing orthodontist, but because of how many clients he takes on and his attitude towards his clients, the quality suffers. When my trays were sliding on smoothly week after week and I was experiencing absolutely zero discomfort, I asked Dr. Kimes if we could increase the rubber band tension. He said this was a great idea, would speed up the movement, and proceeded to grab me tighter rubber bands from his office. The only thing is, why did I have to suggest this?? It would have been better for him to ask me how I was feeling, and for him to suggest increasing the rubber band strength. I think this issue is way more prevalent here than people realize, as Dr. Kimes and the staff get used to going through the motions and don’t provide the specialized thought that's needed for each patient. It became demoralizing after spending 10 weeks religiously wearing my rubber bands and trays to come in and find out that he needs to make a correction or just giving me a thumbs up and sending me on my way. Dr Kimes tries to spend the least amount of time with you and leaves before you can ask him any questions, while trying to dump you with his assistants whenever he can. And this problem stems back to how busy this office is and how overworked Dr. Kimes is. It is so hard to get an appointment here because of how booked up they keep their schedule. Furthermore, during my first teeth scan, the assistant rushed through the scan which led to the trays barely fitting on my teeth for the first week. This prompted me next time to instruct the assistants to go very slow and ensure a good scan, and sure enough this fixed the problem. But I shouldn’t have to be the one telling them this!!! On the bright side, the assistants at the front desk are very pleasant and occasionally you’ll catch Dr. Kimes in a good mood when he’s not too busy and it will be a good experience. And in the end my teeth turned out good, but the journey could've been smoother and more enjoyable. This place hides behind the “circle c” name while in reality they are a very average orthodontist at best.

Dr. Kimes gave amazing orthodontic care to both of my kids, and their smiles are truly beautiful. Dr. Kimes is professional, positive, and extremely knowledgeable about his field, and I recommend him to everyone I know.After another orthodontist recommended phase one braces for my then 6 year-old when she had few permanent teeth, we decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Kimes. Not only was he willing to try less invasive measures to make space for incoming teeth, he didn't charge us until several years later when she began braces. His approach paid off, and my daughter only needed braces once (at a more appropriate age, middle school) and only one extraction.Though our decade of treatment is coming to an end soon, I will continue to recommend Dr. Kimes. I am truly grateful for his patience and expertise, and my children will appreciate their smiles for the rest of their lives.

Great customer service-this is clearly a group who wants to ensure an awesome patient experience regardless of whether you can justify, afford or chose to move forward with them..my situation as an adult was not 'dire' but rather premptive and they provided several options to review. I truly appreciated their candor, openess and willingness to think outside the box..not having children (but having many friends who do) you can BET that I will be telling the story of my experience ten fold..thanks for being so awesome!

Everyone at Circle C Orthodontics has been nothing but kind and professional! I truly appreciate how they work to make our appointments efficient when we're there (they've saved us an extra trip when we have to go in for a broken bracket by combining services planned for the next appointment). I can't say enough great things about Circle C!

We were looking for transferring care from a different orthodontist (out of state). Dr. Toro has a very much business approach. He criticised everything that previous doctor did and said that many things should be replaced (no results guaranteed!) and gave us such a huge estimate that it doesn't look like transfer of care rather like a new care. I wouldn't recommend this place.May be another doctor is better there. I hope he is. Because this place has good ratings.

Circle C orthodontics was referred very highly by a family friend and we’ve been very happy with their entire staff and their services. Dr Kimes explains his services in detail and answers all questions both my daughter and I have. They gave us a reasonable payment plan with no hidden fees. Overall very professional and pleasant people. And best of all I already see the results and my daughter’s smile is looking fantastic.

Is there a way to add a sixth star?As an orthodontist, Jonathan Kimes was excellent…and, that’s not simply my layman’s opinion. I visited six specialists (2 dentists, 2 prosthodontists, 1 periodontist, and 1 endodontist) for additional work I needed after my orthodontia was complete. Each one asked, “who did your ortho work?” and made a point of commenting on the outstanding job that had been done on my teeth and bite.But, if a great orthodontist deserves five stars, how do you distinguish someone like Jonathan Kimes? He’s from a bygone era when your healthcare provider saw you as a person, not as a set of billable procedures. This was not the 9:00-4:00, three-and-a-half-days-a-week, my-assistant-will-do-all-the-work experience I’ve come to expect from the dental profession. Dr. Kimes is a perfectionist that went well beyond our originally prescribed treatment plan to make sure every issue I encountered was addressed…and many of those issues were areas where my other providers fell short and Dr. Kimes took it upon himself to pick up the slack!I need to petition Google for a sixth star!

If your child has a disability, I do not recommend dr del toro. He was impatient and dismissive. He would not give a straight answer when asked if he would be willing to work with my child. It was our second visit for evaluation and it became abundantly clear that he was the wrong choice.Very disappointed.Clearly not a good choice for a child with a disability unless as the assistant said, the child is very high functioning.My daughter is nonverbal but has full receptive vocabulary and this was insensitive and hurtful.Had they been clear and forthcoming, we would have pursued our search as sensitive and kind dentists and orthodontists do exist for young people with cerebral palsy

Dr. Kimes was awesome. He took time to answer all of my son's questions regarding braces he will need in a few years. The entire staff was sweet and knowledgeable. They answered all twenty-million of my questions re: braces, cost and a whole host of other questions that were largely irrelevant. Thank you, staff and Dr. Kimes for making our first orthodontist visit easy!

We ❤️ Circle C Orthodontics! Dr. Kimes is above bar, in every way and has built a rapport, with both my son and daughter, that makes for smiles going in and out of our visits. The staff is friendly and always willing to help when we have a change or even have an emergency. I’ll actually be sad when we’re out of braces and can’t go to our favorite doctor’s office on the regular!!!
