Everyone was very kind and didn't shame me for my recent neglect of my teeth. Made me feel comfortable about upcoming treatment. The facility was very pleasant.

First visit to Glow Dental today and it's a great spot. Everyone is very friendly and seem to really care about patients. It's extremely clean and well kept and it's in a great part of town. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience at a new dentist in 8 years! The team is so welcoming and thorough. I was walked through each step they took and they explained how to keep my teeth healthy. They were also very timely as I was in and out. Very clean office as well :)

I've only had one appointment here so far but I already love this place. Dr. Lewis is amazing and extremely likable, as is the entire staff. Like most people, I don't especially look forward to having to go to the dentist. But the doctor and staff here make it sort of like hanging out with friends who just happen to be into poking around in people's mouths, fixing stuff...

My 3 sons, my daughter in law and I started with Glow dental last year 2024 and we all were very happy and impressed with everything. Can't say enough good things about this office. The office is modern and clean.Dr Lewis was amazing and kind. The hygienists and front desk staff were amazing, professional and ver friendly too. The treatment plan was explained thoroughly and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this office, great job everyone!! .

I switched to Glow Dental because of their proximity to my home and wish I had done it earlier! The staff is so caring and sweet and very attentive, the accommodations are new, modern and clean and it was easy to get an appt within a weeks time! Even a last minute little filling was able to be thrown in while there and it didn’t take any time at all. Switching my husband to to them as well!

Nice facility, clean new equipment, and friendly staff. Dr. Lewis took the time to answer all my questions, and took care of many steps in one visit instead of requiring multiple visits, for exploring options like Invisalign, for example.

I’ve tried to give this dental office the benefit of the doubt, but after my most recent experience, I can no longer overlook the way they operate. I originally scheduled an appointment, but the office called to reschedule for their convenience. I agreed. Later, they called again to change my appointment, and once again, I accommodated their request. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, I had a medical emergency and was unable to make it. Less than two weeks later, I received a text stating I owed a $75 late fee. Fine – completely understandable but was curious as the late fee before was $50. A few days later, I received another message threatening to send the balance to collections if not paid within the same week—faster than even medical bills go to collections, which was shocking. This isn't the first time I’ve had issues here. The front desk has repeatedly made mistakes with my insurance and payments, but I overlooked it because my experience with the hygienist was always great. However, when I inquired about the $75 fee—because it had previously been $50—I was met with a dismissive response: “It has been that cost since I got here.” No explanation, no date for when the change happened, nothing. Highly unprofessional. On top of that, every visit, I wait at least 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The only saving grace of this office is the hygienist, and I truly believe she is the only reason they have good reviews. After being flexible with their scheduling needs, this experience left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a patient. If you’re looking for a dental office that respects your time and treats you fairly, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
