I can't say enough great things about my excellent consultation with Beth at Dr. Kunik's office. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and both Beth and Dr. Kunik took the time to discuss my personal case with me. They explained everything thoroughly, gladly answered all of my nit-picky questions and wanted to be sure that I had all the information I needed to make a decision that I was comfortable with. There was no implied expectation at all for me to make a decision until I was ready and had reviewed the proposal after Ieaving the consultation. Since I was considering orthodontics for the first time in my life, as an adult, I was initially a bit skeptical, but their caring approach put me completely at ease. Beth and Dr. Kunik are top-notch and I definitely recommend them to friends who want to consider Invisalign or orthodontic work.

During the consultation, Beth, my treatment coordinator, was honest and straightforward about the work my teeth required in order to achieve my desired results. It would be a long processs, but I wasn't dismayed. She gave me all my options and made sure I was comfortable with the method I chose. They were flexible with my schedule, even when I was on a time crunch during my lunch break from work. Every decision about or change to my treatment plan was explained to me in detail so I was never left in the dark about what would happen. When I had to undergo jaw surgery, they not only recommended me to an excellent Orthognathic surgeon, but they also checked in on my recovery and sent me a gift package! They knew I was nervous and did their best to make me feel comfortable. I was sad to finish my treatment because each person I had the pleasure to meet over my two year journey were wonderful and made my dreams come true.

After years of not wearing my retainer and losing the progress I made with braces as a teen, I finally decided to get Invisalign. So I did some research and ended up here. This whole procedure is a big dance and Gerri did an amazing job which resulted in great treatment time.
