Despite having dental anxiety, my experience with Dr. Levo, his assistant Holly, and dental hygienist Carolyn was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at ease with their friendly demeanor and professional expertise. Dr. Levo took the time to address all of my concerns. Holly was incredibly supportive throughout the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable. Carolyn provided the best cleaning I've ever had, leaving my teeth feeling amazing. She is gentle and thorough. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Levo and his team to anyone looking for dental care.

Shopping for the ideal dentist office is hard but I finally found the one! From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist, they are all consistent in providing the best service. They show empathy & understand the importance of showing this trait in this setting. It speaks volumes & I now look forward to going to the dentist! Thank you!!

I went to smile haus at a different location the one in Georgetown and it was closed so I called the emergency number and Dr. levo staff called me back right away squeezed me in the next day. I was in excruciating pain and they took such good care of me and made sure I was comfortable went at my own pace I don’t have insurance and they worked with me got me out of pain and got me in right away. They are truly an amazing dentist practice with a great staff with wonderful Doctors that are very skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend Smile haus to anybody, especially Dr. Levo . He is amazing thank y’all so much and I look forward to my next visit. I never thought I would say that about a dentist office until I went to a Smile haus!!

I had an unexpected dental emergency when I chipped my tooth during a pick-up game. Without an appointment, I walked into Smile Haus, and their response was exceptional. The staff immediately welcomed me and managed to fit me into their schedule.Dr. Levo provided excellent care, skillfully and kindly fixing my chipped tooth. The professional atmosphere and attentive service were truly impressive.I highly recommend Smile Haus for anyone in need of urgent dental care. Their ability to deliver top-notch service promptly is commendable.

The most anxious patient and the most understanding dentist ever. Dr. Levo is truly amazing and that is short of what he truly is. I am lost for words due to his amazing patience and the true understanding of how dentistry made me feel. I have avoided the dentist for a very long time due to two traumatic services I had with two different dentist, whom I will not name.I walked in to this lovely office with my nerves almost jumping out of me. I was happy to know that the only treatment I would need is to eventually replace all my amalgam feelings. Carolyn, the awesome hygienist, calmed my anxiety down and reported every second she could to tell me that everything was ok and that I didn’t really need any major treatment. She did my cleaning and had such an amazing ORA.Then Dr. Levo was invited to my room so that we could chat about a broken filling I had. My anxiety spiked again. But boy, Dr. Levo’s up beat energy sure did calm me down. His bed side manner is immaculate and you do feel welcomed to this lovely family practice he has. He informed me of the treatment I would need for the one broken filling and I proceed to accept treatment right then and there. He made time for me in his short schedule….What Dentist does that?....Dr Levo does.I explained to him how I have trouble with getting numb and how I have had to be held down for treatment because I could feel each bits of treatment done to me in the past. Dr. Levo said that if at any point I did feel anything he would stop and we would transfer me to his other office to finish treatment which has nitrous. Again….What dentist does that?…DR. Levo, that’s who. He gave my gums ample amount of time to get fully numbed. His Assistant coached me through while the numbing medicine did its thing. He took the time to explain everything as he worked on my mouth. Lest than 30 minutes later he was done. I walked out of his office saying,” I have finally found my dentist. The one who can do all my treatment and my anxiety level can calm down quickly”. He truly is God sent. And he is in the right practice. If you suffer from high anxiety, he is the dentist for you. He listens and does right by you.Thank you Dr. Levo and Smile Haus Family. I’ll be seeing you in a couple weeks to continue dental work. From one happy and less anxious patient, Liz.

Ok, so I just have to say most people hate the dentist. I love my dentist Dr. Potter & his staff. He has never hurt me. Most dentist I have been to when you express pain during a procedure they just keep on going. NOT Dr. Potter he stops gives another injections & then ask if it's better. I trust this dentist with all of my dental work, which is a lot. I've been his patient for several years & would never consider going to anyone else. Oh & did I mention the music his office plays is up to date. No elevator music here. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. I'm on my way to a beautiful smile makeover. If you are looking for a great dentist I highly recommend Gateway Dental!!!

I drive all the way from Buda to go to Gateway Dental because they are worth the drive. I have been a patient there nearly a decade. Dr. Potter is always timely and professional. He is also very knowledgeable. Carolyn is also amazing. I don't think she ever has a bad day and if she does, she doesn't show it. She is always so sweet and pleasant. Dr. Potter and Carolyn are both very personable. I don't have a fear of dentist appointments, but if I did I know they would make me feel at ease. The only negative thing I could say was that I had a bad experience with the former office staff. I told Dr. Potter who appreciated the feedback and handled it. The current office staff is great.

I will be recommending this practice to everyone I know. Everyone from Dr. Potter to the receptionist was kind and immeasurably helpful. I’m traveling from out of town and my temporary bridge broke last night. I was devastated. They fit me in on Saturday morning 2 hours after I called. He cemented the broken bridge until I can see my dentist back home.He was professional, reassuring, and it was a very fast procedure. As an added bonus, they accept insurance. Do yourself a favor and, if you’re looking for a dentist, come here!

This place is great and so is the staff! Love that they are open on Saturdays because that is usually the only time I am available. I am here for school so my primary dentist is back home, but I came here for the first time when I needed a (sort of) emergency dentist appointment. I now schedule regular cleanings here because this place is great!

This place was amazing! Dr James Potter was absolutely incredible, welcoming me and making me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands from beginning to end. I called for an emergency appointment at 2:30pm, I was in the office by 3:30pm and they had extracted the tooth that had been causing me such extreme pain and had me finished up by 5 o’clock without breaking the bank.I highly recommend this place to everyone!
