Love this dentist office! Easy to schedule, reschedule, and communicate. I appreciate that they can text you because my job is super busy and I can’t always take calls during the day.The hygienists are quick, gentle, and kind, and the main dentist I speak to is always very professional and helpful!

Dr. Saez , Dr. Levo , Karina , Bailey & Smile Haus Staff are amazing : fun, dependable and professional . I totally trust their work and advice completely - all the work has been outstanding . You can tell how everybody cares for the patient / me ; and how they are feeling during all visits / procedures. Recently had a crown done - excellent work . Smile Haus is staffed with incredible - smart people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

I’ve visited Smile Haus Austin to place three crowns. I honestly like this place so much, the whole team that works there are amazing and Dr. Saez is a professional's dentist and so friendly. They follow up with the patient and are really caring.I will definitely visit again when I need to fix any tooth!

Found this place after I felt like my old dentist was always trying to upsell me / pressure me into stuff I didn’t need or want. I really like everyone involved in the practice from the front desk to the assistants to the doc. My wife also goes here and likes it. They’re also super organized and easy to communicate with. They have a texting option I use to confirm / request / change appointments frequently. We heard about them through friends and are really happy to have found Smile Haus.

I've always had a really good experience at smile Haus with Dr. Baik. She explains the options clearly and is focused on long term dental health. I understand what issues could come up in the future and any follow up is quick. I also leave understanding exactly what I need to do in the meantime to maintain my dental hygiene. I appreciate the front desk ladies who always make check in and check out very smooth!

I've had a few regular cleanings here (at least 4, I think), Invisalign, a filling, and now prep for a crown to cover a broken tooth with a huge filling in it.The office staff run everything from scheduling to billing/insurance smoothly. I like that they schedule my regular cleanings 6 months out - it helps keep me on task with these visits. They text reminders and request verification replies, and reschedule if things change for the patient in the interim between scheduling and reminders. I appreciate that they contact me via text, but they also call for reminders if you don't use texting.All of the procedures I've had done by the dental team have been done very well. In my experience, Dr. Baik and staff working with her run like a well oiled machine and they appear to have good working relationships.I highly recommended this office. Everything is well done. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. The office is flexible and efficient. Overall, my relationship with this office has been a really good experience.

This office does great job making me feel comfortable. The dental hygienist’s are kind and non-judgmental and genuinely care about you. Makayla was my hygienist at my most recent visit and she was awesome! The office staff is also great at working with your schedule and letting you know about any appointments that open up. Would highly recommend, especially for people who are nervous about going to the dentist!

I recently had an extraction and amcurrently going through the implant process. Dr. Baik has been absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to throughly explain the diagnosis and what to expect during a procedure. Answering any questions you may have. It took a while for me to to get numb before my procedure and she made sure that I was comfortable feeling no pain. Her techs are are very sweet, personable and gentle. I never have to wait long for my visit. Front desk staff are also very friendly, sweet and personable. Cost estimates are provided and explained. The staff do their best at working with your insurance. Overall truly amazing dentist with an awesome team!! Thank you!!

I've been going for regular checkups (as well as some less routine work) at Smile Haus Austin for two years now. Everyone on the staff has always been friendly and cheerful, making my visits here invariably pleasant. Dr. Baik, who has become my primary dentist in this time is a skillful dentist beyond being quite personable herself. Highly recommended.
