A 5-star dental office from check-in to out the door! The office was very modern and squeaky clean; even the sunglasses she gave me were like-new clean. It was a tech appointment and here are the things I loved about the experience. She was on time, she introduced herself to me, she explained the overall procedure up front; but she also told me about each step along the way. I left feeling confident that TLC is what they do at Smiles of Austin, check it out😊

We love Smiles of Austin! From the very first appointment to getting her braces off, Dr. Brunson made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The whole team is quick to respond and happy to answer questions. Dr. Brunson also suggested a tooth extraction for my 10 year old that her dentist had missed. I can’t recommend them enough!

We haven’t even left the lobby yet and I love this place. Starting with phone call to schedule: amazing customer service! Enter the beautiful lobby and receive the same amazing customer service! There’s an amazing section for kids (yes, I said section, not just a corner, or space in middle of floor). There are multiple types of seating as well which is great! It’s just beautiful.Note that I will update once we actually see the dentist but I’m expecting great things from what I’ve seen already!

I love Smiles of Austin! I decided to go the surgical route (top jaw surgery/Le Fort procedure with braces) to fix my annoying cross-bite. The process was involved, but Dr. Brunson (and teaming surgeon Dr. Casmedes) kept me informed at every step of the process and the 1.5 years in braces flew by! It was big and scary at first, but Dr. Brunson helped me through it. I would do it again.The recovery is fast if you follow their instructions. If you take this route do so seriously, but do not fret!My bite is SO MUCH BETTER, thank you Smiles! (See before/after photo.) Love my new ‘jaw renovation’ as my family jokingly calls it 😂

I started going to Smiles of Austin in highschool and had a great experience with braces. I always looked forward to my orthodontist appointments! The office atmosphere is so welcoming. The staff is always cheerful and puts you right at ease. They really do treat you like family at Smiles of Austin.I was anxious to return as a young adult and worried about having lost my retainer and having some teeth shifted. I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. The team immediately answered all of my questions and gave me multiple options to remedy my situation. They are trustworthy and transparent. Dr. Brunson went above and beyond to make sure my smile looks as good as it did the first day my braces came off. I couldn’t be happier with my smile!!!

Dr. Brunson and his team are superb! I went to Dr. Brunson for braces, and I am thrilled with the results and the service I received at every stage. They are excellent at what they do and also so personable, kind, responsive, caring, well-organized, and committed to excellence. On top of all of that, the environment at the office is inviting, and the music is fun and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Brunson and his team to anyone considering getting braces.

I simply cannot stop recommending this place to my family and friends. The simple fact that everyone in there is smiling and having genuine conversations is enough to make me want to come back. They gave me the best smile possible and I am grateful. Best place to get your teeth fixed hands down, I will be bringing my daughter here once she’s ready for braces

Dr.Brunson is simply the best!! He his team were so incredible to me every step of the way through my braces, jaw surgery and post opp journey. Dr. Brunson has been an All star from day one. I did my homework, and As a graduate from Southern California (best dental school in the country) and his experience with complex cases, I knew I was in good hands.Treatment included: BSSO (lower jaw), Lefort (upper jaw), Braces for 7 months before surgery and 4 months post opp.Dr. Brunson sat me down at the beginning of this journey and our goal was to make this happen In under 12 months so I could be out of braces for my 30h birthday. He exceeded that and got them off 1 month prior to my big birthday celebration.Thank you smiles of Austin team!

Dr. B and all of the ladies are wonderful! They treated me so much kindness and really took the opportunity to get to know me. Not only that, but THIS SMILE! Dr. B was determined to get my crazy teeth in the most perfect condition! I did have one hiccup, completely a misunderstanding, early on and the office went above and beyond to handle it. I love this Smiles of Austin and the brilliant staff! Thank you all for changing my life!

I love this office. We have been coming here for over 20 years and had 5 sets of braces. It has felt like family since day one. It starts with the leadership of Scott Franklin and trickles down to everyone on staff! Perfection is the standard here. My youngest only has one more visit before he ages out. We are going to miss this place!
