they NEED to fire their staff that answers the phone Yadi has no customer service what so ever i am 14 weeks pregnant and have horrible tooth pain and this lady hangs up the call i call back and no answer call from my husbands phone and she answers right away and then hangs up on me again. If this dentist allows his front desk to treat his patients like this I could just imagine how bad he is. Sad because he could be an awesome dentist but his front desk left a bad taste in my mouth. Could only imagine how much money she is losing this office with that bad attitude. Please look for call logged 10 mins ago 4/9/24 at 1:13 pm and 1:19 pm

I recently had the displeasure of interacting with the lady who answers the phones. Their attitude was appalling and completely unprofessional. They spoke with a condescending tone and seemed utterly disinterested in assisting me. It's shocking that someone in a customer-facing role could be so rude and abrasive. Avoid interacting with this individual if possible.

Im a tad late leaving my review but I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Goldwaser for the removal of a molar, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Dr. Goldwaser’s expertise and gentle approach immediately alleviated any anxiety I had about the procedure. The removal itself was quick and virtually painless, thanks to Dr. Goldwaser’s skillful hands and attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Goldwaser took the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had, which helped me feel confident and informed. I left the office feeling grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Goldwaser to anyone in need of dental treatment

those ladies are rude in the front desk and said i would have to pay 150 upfront for the appt then since i had to pay 800 for the surgery they said it would come off of the 800 but now they switched up and said i had to pay 900 so that's why my total was 800 they're rude, don't answer your calls when it's an emergency no matter what and they never return your calls.

The worst . I was referred here by my dentist to have an oral mucocele removed with a biopsy. Called on phone asked what was needed of me I gave dental and medical insurance. Got appointment confirmation and everything now this afternoon I get a call that my appointment will have to be rescheduled or cancelled because now I need more authorizations . But I've already spoken to them on more than 1 occasion but they cancelled the day of ... I don't recommend. Just search other oral surgeons & maxillofacial in the area.

This is the rudest front desk that I have ever seen!! I needed to have a biopsy done and scheduled an appointment with them for the next day in a rush. When the front desk called me later the day to confirm the appointment, I asked whether the biopsy could be done in the same visit. She said it would be a consultation but I explained I would not want to go there just for a consulation since their office was one hour from my home. She then gave me a vague answer and I hesitated to *confirm* the appointment on the spot. I then called her the second we hung up I swear but she was not reachable. I called the office the first thing the next day to cancel the appointment. Then, the front desk became belligerent which was toally unnecessary. Avoid this place if possible!!

Front desk staff is terrible! The day before appt called me while I was giving my dog a bath and I didn't answer because I was busy, she hung up and called me right away. Today get to my appt that was at 3:30 after waiting 45 minutes I tell them to just cancel it because I've been waiting 45 minutes the snotty girl tells me you're next are you sure. I told her yes I don't have over an hour to sit waiting before I'm even called. She says actually your appt was at 3:30 and you are the last appt, yes its now 45 minutes past 3:30 and if I'm the last patient who was the other patient still in waiting room. I was trying to get in before my daughter started school but will definitely go elsewhere. Your staff is rude and unprofessional. If I was an hour late for my appt would I still have been seen...no and you would've charged me

I took the time to come because today is the only day I have to run errands, I’m a full time medical student and full time employee. It’s very difficult for me to work around my schedule. I received a missed call from them and I followed up a 1 hour later to confirm, I even called that same morning to confirm I was running late and still no one alerted me about a possible cancellation. Their call center didn’t note my account or informed the main office of any changes. The younger short lady at the front was very rude and nonchalant, it was a lot of back and forth that could’ve been avoided. I was told that I couldn’t book with them anymore at the Aventura location. I’m already terrified about doing any work in my mouth already and I can already see the poor quality care this office provides. It’s a shame because I was referred by the amazing Dr.Fains, I’m also a coordinator at a medical office I had a list of Medicare patients lined up but wanted to see for myself before sending them. After this encounter I will not refer any of my patients here. Very disappointed.

I had a large bone growth on the roof of my mouth. It is called Torus palatinus. After the CT scan results I set up oral surgery with Dr. Robert Herrod for June 22nd to have it removed. Needless to say I was frightened, but he along with his assistants were wonderful, and put me at ease! The surgery went well, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Herrod. Thanks to all the staff at the Adventura office.

Extremely rude and incompetent phone staff, and the most inconvenient communication system. I received the reply to confirm message for my surgery, and let instructions replied that I needed to reschedule. I never received a message back so I tried to call, but then they only take calls Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Then it was Christmas week so they were out of office which is ok. But when I finally was able to reach a representative after the holiday they informed me that I lost my deposit due to being a No Call No Show, and that I’m no longer allowed to schedule appointments unless they are in the afternoon. I informed them that I have proof of my communication efforts and just want to reschedule an appointment at no additional deposit. The first representative promised a call back and never called back. The 2nd representative kept speaking over me and saying that the notes are saying the deposit is lost as if she’s a robot and just programmed to say that over and over. And then she said let me read the policy over to you again, I said I understand what the policy says in black and white, she says “ARE YOU STILL TALKING?” That is not how you speak to or treat people, I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 years, and I would never speak to a customer that way. SHAME ON YOU!
