Dr Karen was very detailed in explaining the procedure to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. In addition, the facilities were impeccable and complied with all hygiene and safety measures. I will definitely recommend your practice to friends and family. Good day all if you are ever looking for a great orthodontic experience from the making the appointment, meeting the front desk (Lea, Sara and Sharon the dream team) and service. Magnificent.I enjoy my monthly visits.

I have been a patient at this orthodontic practice since 2021, and I'm consistently impressed by their service. The front desk team is always friendly and helpful, making check-ins a breeze. The assistants are attentive and ensure I'm comfortable during appointments. Dr. Ross is not only skilled but also takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in need of orthodontic care.

The office is very conveniently located with free parking which is always a plus.Dr Ross was great! The receptionist who checked me in was friendly. I came in to get my bonded retainer fixed- two of my bondings fell off. The cost was $150 which I thought was fairly priced.

The staff is great but the prices are a rip off. Minor adjustments can be run up, they have kidden costs & fees that are not mentioned until you are getting through the process and honestly I believe you can get ortho work anywhere else for less with a more pleasant experience. The glue came off my braces and they wanted to reglue it for $150. Also once your done paying they don't care about your finished results it's their goal to get your braces of asap.

The absolute best orthodontist office ever !! From the front office staff to the back office techs/assistants and the Doctor !!! They are all Amazing. The best customer service always understanding and accommodating, Not to mention the results !!! I’ve had braces with a different orthodontist for 3 years with NO RESULTS !!! Since the moment I switched over to this office for treatment within 2 months I saw drastic change to my teeth. I’m Much more secure and smiling more .

The staff was very accommodating. My first initial visit I outlined my expectations and the timeline that I wanted. (based on my OWN RESEARCH).The staff explained to me the price points what my monthly payment are and what the total amount actually covers. By using care credit I was able to get my top row installed on my first appointment. 100% satisfied with the service and terms and conditions of the contract I signed.

I would not recommend them. That place is all about Money. They wouldn’t service me & their the ones that put on braces. This Black women really tried to send me somewhere else. She was horrible & then tried to speak to Spanish to the desk lady like I didn’t understand. Yes Orthodontist Options is easy to join & get on a payment plan. But they don’t care about their customers after.ITS ALL ABOUT MONEYWHICH I UNDERSTAND .. But I was still Client that spent my MONEY & they REJECTED ME.THATS WHY I REMOVED MY BRACES.

I can say that I really love this place, the doctors work are tremendously amazing the care about everyone that walk through the open doors. Also it’s more about the treatment thats needed more than anything else. It’s important to them & everyone that works together in the office to give us the best smile we can all have. I definitely recommend this location it’s the best.

Amazingly helpful and highly knowledgeable and professional staff. The best orthodontic practice we have used - in New York or Miami. Both our children went through their practice. Everyone, from doctors to assistants and reception, are extremely helpful and always try to accommodate the school schedules and any other such personal issues. Never try to nickel and dime clients for little items. Very satisfied!
