Called and specifically stated I need an appointment to get diagnostic and pricing for my son and was told on the phone that’s what would happen. I show up. Doctors looks at photos for 5 seconds and tells me the “pediatric team” has to work on him and they only come once or twice a month I said okay I need pricing so I can call around and see where I can get the best price. And well they told me they couldn’t give me pricing until the day I show up for the appointment. I said okay just give me the X-rays so I can’t take him elsewhere. Well they refuse to send me the X-rays even after they were payed for. I was told this is a HIPPA violation so I will be contacting someone about there refusal to provide my son dental records .

Giving 3 starsThe staff is very friendly upon entering.When I was taken back they did all my xrayd and had the dentist come in.This is where I started to get upset, the dentist did his exam and then I sat in the chair for a extra hour with 0 update on why I was waiting. I finally got how much I needed to pay for my cleaning but I decided not to go through because I had been there for 3 hours at this point. If you are a new patient don't show up for a apt or they'll have you wait and wait.

If I could give the dentist Hussain a NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. He gave bad advice, that clearly he didn't know what he was talking about, nor did he know anything about my kid. This horrible dentist argued with me the parent (guardian) refusing to listen and is clearly a lazy dentist. His dental assistant did a very poor job cleaning my child's teeth. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.

This staff and dentist were awesome and so professional. They took time to listen so that they could properly take care of my needs. Thumbs up to Sterling Smiles!!It was great to be able to eat without any.pain 😁

After another dentist group tried to charge an outrageously amount of money for an extraction (almost double from what they said my insurance would pay) and tried to get me to sign payment plan agreement. I chose to go to Sterling Smiles.I found out my insurance paid in 🌕 Very grateful for the staff at Sterling Smiles. They are not trying to overcharge and they are honest.

Went in for a root canal only to find out I just needed a filling! The doctor was fast, knowledgeable and he wasn’t trying to do it for the money! He stopped half way through and told me he would rather fill it because my tooth was still good! $715.00 turned into $28.00!! He could have done the root canal for the money but he didn’t! He was a good honest dentist and I highly recommend them!!

Had an overall weird and awkward experience beginning with the doctor bickering with the technician at the front desk 5 feet from me while I waited to be seen. I was recommended a deep cleaning that uses some special laser that insurance doesn’t cover which would be $700 out of pocket. I told the doctor I can’t afford that today and he almost wouldn’t take that for an answer, insisting I needed the treatment multiple times after me saying I simply can’t afford it. He seemed shocked I didn’t happily pull out my wallet. The doctor left at that point and didn’t even say goodbye to me as I left- I guess me saying no to $700 ticked him off?? Weird place.

Our visits have been so-so. We see a different dentist every single time we’ve came. Have not seen a dentist more than once. So if you’re looking for consistency this place is NOT for you.Their appointment line isn’t located locally. They dispatch appointment calls out of office, and I believe out of the country. The only way to talk to someone in office is to either go up there or have them call you from the office.For every single appointment I have made for my son, they have had to reschedule EVERY single one of his future appointments. I don’t know why, no explanation given. Sometimes they let you know ahead of time but most of the time it’s days away from the appointment so it’s frustrating having to change around our schedules.If you don’t mind the inconsistent service, coming here for basic cleans is fine. Don’t come here for anything more.

The office staff is always helpful and very professional. The facility is kept clean and smells good. Dr. Ghazal is knowledgeable and takes the treatment plan for his patients with care. He ensured my daughter felt comfortable and was happy when she left her appointment. Dr. Ghazal and his staff informed me of what they would be doing step by step for my daughter’s treatment. I was able to relax knowing she is in good hands.

My children were able to get everything taking care of yesterday during their dental procedures. The pediatric team has been incredibly helpful and patient with all of my children (bio and foster). If your child is getting sedated for a procedure definitely bring a helper with you! I have had 3 of mine need this at this point in time and the extra hands are very needed!
