Going to Dr. Ricks was the best decision we ever made. After two consultations elsewhere, we knew from the moment we were greeted that this was the place for my daughter. She just got her braces off and we could not be happier with the result. In addition, the care that she received was always phenomenal. Dr. Ricks is very caring and understanding. The staff is fantastic. We always looked forward to the appointments. They are punctual with scheduling. We never had long waits and were always given accurate wait/procedure time. I am looking forward to taking my son for his orthodontic needs. Thank you Dr. Ricks, Sarah, Brittany, Shannon, and all of the wonderful staff.

Rick’s Family Orthodontist has such an amazing team! They are all friendly, understanding and patience with everyone that comes into the office. My Invisalign journey has been great so far because everyone at the office makes sure you’re on track with appointments so that everything is going the way it should. Highly recommend Dr. Ricks and his team!

Ricks family Orthodontics is so awesome they are so Genuinely kind when you are there for your appointment all the staff make you feel like family genuine real caring people are absolutely amazing an if you have any problem with your braces they do not hesitate to take care of the problem immediately!! We went around town and got quotes from several ortho offices. Not only did ricks give us the best price but they were so warm and made me feel comfortable. They were the only ones who took an interest in my oral health over getting a commitment from me! Left with two braces for the price of one at some of the other places and peace of mind that I can trust them to do their job with my best interests as a priority!

This review should have been written a long time ago.....but as both my girls come to the end of their orthodontic treatment I had to write and say how amazing and satisfied I have been with Dr. Ricks and his amazing team! From the first consultation they make you feel like they want you to have the best experience with braces both my girls have had a wonderful experience. As the parent it has been amazing, the explanations through out the process and the overwhelming care they give to your schedule and my girls was amazing. I love that it feels like family when you show up for your appointment. Shannon (Dr. Ricks mom) is soooo sweet and she makes sure everything is running smooth. The dental hygenists and front desk ladies are just as sweet and caring as Shannon. I come to my girl appointments and the vibe in the office is calm, welcoming, and peaceful....we never feel rushed through the appointments. Love that Dr. Ricks is on the eastside too we deserve a phenomenal orthodontist on this side of town. So glad I chose Dr. Ricks for my girls.

We have had wonderful personable care from all the staff at Rick's Family Orthodontics. We are truly blessed and pleased with the terrific results of our two sons teeth after receiving braces. I even asked for a new retainer made for myself, since mine was so outdated and wouldn't fit. Dr. Rick's staff was able to make one and I'm very pleased with it and the how comfortable it is. I would truly recommend Rick's Family Orthodontics to anyone.

I am a patient from ricks family orthodontics And i absolutely love everything about them. Every single one of their staff is very friendly, always tries to start a bit of conversation to get to know you and what’s going on in life! Even though with this pandemic they follow extreme measurements to make you feel safe during your appointments. I’m happy with their service, their team and overall their way of working!

I must say searching for an orthodontics that takes the time to get to know there patients, who shows compassion and understanding of the results you want, is hard to find. But must I say there's finally hope!! Ricks Family Orthodontics is it for me! They go above and beyond to show there patients that they truly care about your smile and happiness. I’m glad we chose to have my son’s orthodontic treatment here. Dr. Ricks and his staff are very professional. His office location was also very convenient and they worked with my son’s school schedule.I always recommend Dr. Ricks office to family and friends. His mother ‘Shannon’ who worked in the office was very nice too.

Dr. Ricks and the staff are very nice, attentive and take customer service to the next level. Our son was a little nervous to get his braces on but Dr. Ricks and the staff definitely made him feel comfortable.Dr. Ricks took the time to get to know our son and then explained everything in easy to understand terms. We are so fortunate to have an orthodontist like Dr. Ricks in the Northeast part of town. It is nice not having to trek halfway across Bakersfield for monthly appointments knowing our son is getting the best care at Ricks Family Orthodontics.
