I was a patient for about 3 years. I always came early to appointments and waited past my appointment time. My last appointment, I was running late because there was no parking (street parking there is always difficult, but on this day there was also road construction). I called to say I was running late. Since I was the last appointment of the day, they said they had already cancelled me and to call back for another appointment. The next day I got a punitive, rude text message saying that because I had missed my appointment, from now on I was only allowed to call and try to schedule same day appointments. My years as a good customer, who always paid and showed up on time, meant nothing. I found another practice and can’t recommend this one.

They are friendly but that doesn’t matter if you’re incompetent. (Front staff) They need a benefits specialist, better organization and better communication between staff. It would probably be helpful to confirm contact information of patients EVERY visit since this has been a source of miscommunication multiple times at this location for me personally. They are worth going to but i guess patients have to take the initiative to make sure they know what’s going on. Because the front desk staff does not seem to.

I had a great experience at Baltimore City Dental Group, especially after a challenging dental issue. I had previously visited several dentists who all recommended an extraction for my tooth, but Vlad, the owner, was committed to finding a better solution. He had me see the endodontist right away, who agreed to retreat the root canal rather than extracting the tooth. I was relieved, to say the least. Vlad was incredibly courteous and kind throughout the process. The entire staff was very attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure and making sure I was comfortable with the plan. Even though the office was fully booked, they worked hard to fit me into the schedule quickly, which I really appreciated. It's clear that the team at Baltimore City Dental Group cares deeply about their patients, and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for thoughtful, professional, and caring dental care!

I had to call a few different places that would take my insurance. Baltimore City was the winner 😅 I have anxiety, even moreso at the dentist. I have to say Dr. Habib and Bibi were exceptional and were very quick and patient. They kept checking in every couple of minutes and went over paperwork. Thank you for taking care of me.

I appreciated the gentle care during my cleaning and how they prioritized my comfort throughout the entire visit. The office itself was clean, modern, and equipped. I'm pretty sure that this should only be one star simply because this is not the first time that I've had to deal with an attitude from this establishment. There is no compassion in this dental office. I went in for x-rays my first visit with them 4 months ago and the dental assistant had a nasty attitude because I wouldn't allow her to shove a piece of X-ray equipment down my throat. You would expect more from an oral surgeon, but the attitude from Rania Habab is just as awful, 40 minutes to take out a wisdom tooth causing extreme discomfort and she proceeds to tell me that if I'm uncomfortable, I should raise my hand. Do not make any sounds or move my body whatsoever. When I raised my hand to let her know I was in pain she stated that she was almost done and did not stop. It took her another 10 minutes to get the tooth out from the time I raised my hand in discomfort. I'll give two stars because the pain that I've been in with this wisdom tooth and having to wait well over a month from the time that I scheduled this appointment to be seen, It's finally over. Our healthcare system is awful. The healthcare industry is overworked and I think they just don't care at this point. They're just here for the money. What I do know is that I've been to other dentists with way more care and compassion in such situations and I've never ever felt like I was a bother when I was in a discomforting situation. I will be pulling my x-rays and going somewhere else.
