Could not recommend BDA any more highly. Dr. Charlie is an excellent dentist and a wonderful guy, and the whole office is superb from hygienists to front desk staff. You won’t find a better dental experience.

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are professional and efficient. The techs are kind and gentle. Dr Conklin is a rockstar. I have some very specific dental issues and the entire team has gone above and beyond to help me. Beyond regular dentistry I am going through Invisalign. It has been seamless, pain free and it’s working so well. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given me.

They have taken extreme time and detail to help me correct and fix an issue that was ignored by my previous dentist. Dr Conklin is empathetic, extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Charlie Ward and his team at Dental Arts have been very nice to deal with. They are professional and have a great attitude every time I have visited. The work I have had done looks excellent and their attention to detail is top notch. Would recommend to my friends and family and will be back!

Amazing ! It is the only word that comes to mind when I think about Dr Charlie Ward and his wife, Dr Melody Ward, I truly feared dentists ! Then , I had a great deal of dental work that I could not avoid . When we moved back to Timonium from Gaithersburg , I searched for dentists and Dr Charlie Ward had great reviews . My husband and I became his patients and I started on my very long journey to have implants and bridges. The Doctors Ward worked together to make my experience simply wonderful . I am no longer afraid of dentists! But only because I know that the Doctors Ward are nearby to help. I had to write this because my gratitude to both of them is beyond measure .

Best experience ever! Catherine was my hygienist today, and she was just plain awesome! She took my concerns to heart, listened with intent and purpose, explained everything very well...all helping me to relax and help make it a very pleasant visit! She was kind and professional...personable and easy to relate and talk to. She, like the rest of the staff here, made me feel at home and warmly welcomed, making the fear and anxiety melt right off! This was, by far, the best cleaning visit I've ever had! Catherine went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable in every way and move. The staff here are super nice and professional, and for someone like me who will put off dental stuff because, well, dentists aren't exactly my list of "friends", I really feel at ease here...never felt that way before in a dental office. I can honestly say, I feel very good and comfortable here, and at peace with being in the chair, lol. If you're looking for a new dental home...I genuinely and highly recommend Baltimore Dental Arts! I have never met a medical professional group that is more caring or competent! Dr Ward is thorough, an excellent diagnostician, and a year later returns calls quickly remembering your previous visit. Amazing woman. Front office people are also exceptional. I would say extraordinary in this day and age! Probably we have all encountered the opposite so often, we almost expect it. If you have a choice of docs, CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE!

They have a great staff. The front desk is top-notch. They will greet you and get you to your appointment. The dental assistance and the hygienist are also top-of-the-line. They always take care of me. They go above and beyond.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of both Dr. Devon Conklin and Dr. Charlie Ward. I have found them both to be extremely good practitioners of their craft. Dr. Devon Conklin is particularly good at building patient relationships and working closely with you to determine the best course of action. She comes from a family of dentists and you can see her love of dentistry in her beautiful work. Dr. Charlie Ward is truly an artist and teeth are his canvas. He will make you feel at ease after your first meeting and will help you on your journey to a beautiful and healthy smile. The office staff and hygienists are wonderful and make everything easy to understand and meet you where you are. Could not recommend a dental practice more highly.

The office was clean, neat and well organized. The front desk and the staff were very nice, pleasant and respectful. Their first initial assessment was very thorough and they utilized all the newest technology. They take a full medical history and they include any of your specific concerns. Dr. Conklin was very nice, easy to talk to and professional.
