Baltimore Dental is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. Rebecca Allen is our extremely capable dentist and she is ALWAYS smiling, pleasant and attentive. The hygienists and staff are ALL magnificent ... they are professionals who with great skill and earnestness take care of their patients. I rare wright reviews, but when i had a problem with my dental partial, I called Dr Shirkin office. Rachel was very helpful to set up an emergency appointment.Then when I got in, NIcole was willing to help and attentive to my problem.Dr Shirkin is the BEST, but her office staff is on the same level of care.Thanks everyone for all your help.

Today I went in for consultation and got some pictures, X-rays and a diagnostic scan. Discussed treatment options with Dr. Yelena Shirkin. Shout out to Nicole for the awesome job she did! Thank you. I am excited for my new smile.

My face looks different now after their “help”. I went here for specific dental work. I was talked into other expensive procedures being told that was a requirement before they would do the work I went there for. I kept being asked to pay higher prices once I was in the chair. After the fourth visit and after work done in one side there, a huge line/deep wrinkle that wasn’t there before appeared on my face. I brought it to the dentists attention. Instead of caring they pretended to by sending me to an oral surgeon to see what happened and canceled all of my appointments. At the oral surgeon office I was told Shirkin wouldn’t probably do the dental work. I thought it was odd because the oral surgeon was supposedly clearing me for the dental procedure I needed done. She wasn’t doing that, she was looking at my face to be a witness for my dentist to take her side. They wasted my time sending me there just so Shirkin could have a colleague lie for her in court if necessary when I truly need someone to look at my face and figure out what she did!!! My face doesn’t look the same anymore and it’s because of this dentist!!! She then after I was cleared by the oral surgeon cancelled the two replacement appointments I made after she canceled the first time. This place plays games with your life and charges you a lot for things you don’t even need!!! They will mess up your face (seems like a paralyzed muscle…the face is dropping there creating a big wrinkle) and instead of helping you they cancel your appointments when you have been waiting for health services for over six months. They are wrong if they think I’m not getting a lawyer involved if they don’t fix all of this!!! I was ripped off, mistreated because of my hair, and my face is not back to normal yet and she doesn’t care about that at all and she is a cosmetic dentist! Wow it’s really gone downhill over there!

From Personal,and family experience,the doctor here is very honest,and is open to other alternatives as well,instead of just automatically drilling,very nice to have someone flexible in ideas,options. I recently took my mom to Baltimore Dental LLC, and we had such a positive experience! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and clean. A special thanks to Dr. Allen, who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire appointment. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my mom feel comfortable and well-cared for. Baltimore Dental is a family friendly practice. The team is very nice, gentle with kids and thorough. We never feel rushed and our questions are always addressed by the hygienist or dentist. Kids actually look forward to their Dental appointments. I highly recommend.
