The doctors and the guy who cleaned my teeth were very nice, helpful, and informative. I got serviced at this off one time. Payed 500+ dollars while using some insurance. Asked for an itemized bill and confirmed the payment of everything before getting serviced. Two months later, I get a e statement saying I owe $30. When you click on the statement it dosent say for what, it just said that I owe. I emailed back, never received a responded so I called. They said I owe $30 for pictures 🙃. Pictures that they needed that they themselves took. Then said they try to do their best when it comes to the bill. No, I made sure before I got serviced of what I was paying for, that's why I asked for an itemized list. To send a statement with nothing on it then just expect me to pay? I paid it, but I'm not coming back. Rather not have any more surprises.
