This place is giving pyramid scheme… you might as well go to smile direct club. The office manager, Shannon, was very rude and unprofessional. This office is extremely money hungry and has no regard for how they treat their patients! Employees DON’T know how to properly use the new technology and don’t follow OSHA and basic healthy and safety regulations.. touching in patients mouths with the same gloves they’ve touched all over the room with… DO NOT RECOMMEND. GET A REAL DENTIST.

scheduled an appointment and then they called to re-schedule 2 different times due to a mistake on their end. came in for my routine cleaning and enjoyed the dentist that performed it, but the front desk secretary was very unprofessional and very money hungry it seemed. she stated that it would be $25 for my fluoride treatment which is fine, and i needed to get a fill in performed which i stated that i would come back to reschedule due to timing purposes and she states that she needs "$150" for the deposit which was a random number and not even a specific percentage of what the total cost was for my fill-in, and then when i discussed i was possibly interested in invisalign she stated "your insurance doesnt cover that its $7000" which I found very unprofessional to blurt out in front of other patients and not atleast offer a payment plan or other options like other dental offices always do. they absolutely need someone more professional at the front desk running the office and if not they will lose potential patients.

I took several years off from the dentist after a painful experience with my last cavity and root canal. Canton Smile Studio did a wonderful job getting me back on a regular cleaning schedule and addressing a few problems with cavities and a cracked crown. Their environment is relaxing (as much as it can be at a dentist) and Dr. Holleh has a soothing chair-side manner. I highly recommend Canton Smile Studio for all your dental needs!

Office has nice amenities including TVs on the ceilings, etc. However, after going to this office for a couple of years, did not find the cleanings to be very good or the exams thorough. I went to two separate dentists after that found an issue on my X-ray that was missed here leading to multiple procedures. Similarly, multiple friends have gone here for several years and have had poor experiences (including missed issues found by other dentists).

I really wanted to give Canton Smile Studio 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn. As someone new to Baltimore, I’ve been working on establishing my healthcare providers and finding the best doctors and dentists in the area. I stumbled upon Canton Smile Studio since it’s just five minutes from my house, and I’ve passed by it on my way to my favorite bakery. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office was clean, and they were right on time for my dental cleaning. The added touch of screens in the ceiling, where you can watch something during your appointment, was a unique and pleasant feature. The woman who did my X-rays (I regret not remembering her name) was amazing—so professional and kind. Before I even met the dentist, I was so impressed with the experience that I texted my boyfriend to tell him to book an appointment right away because this place was a 10/10. Dr. Holleh exceeded my expectations. She was by far the best dentist I’ve ever met. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, which I greatly appreciated. However, things changed when it came to discussing my treatment plan. Initially, I thought the pricing wasn’t too bad, but as I sat in the chair, I realized I still needed to budget for Christmas shopping and other priorities. I decided to hold off on scheduling the recommended procedures until the new year. When I shared this with the front desk, Paige’s response was disappointing. She came across as condescending and made me feel uncomfortable about my decision. While I understand that everyone is just doing their job, patients shouldn’t feel judged or pressured when they need to delay care due to financial reasons. This interaction has left me questioning whether I want to return, which is unfortunate because the rest of my experience was outstanding. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service is just as important as the quality of care provided.

Everyone is so nice and friendly! I’ve been seen by Dr. Tajali for 5 years now. I love how thorough she is without taking too much time. The office is very calm and clean. TVs on the ceiling!? Genius!

I went to Smile Studio 3 different times for cleaning, xrays, etc. I recently switched dentists and they found 4 cracked fillings that 100% should have been caught during a regular check-up at Smile Studio. I am now having to have more extensive work done as a result of this dentistry missing things. I have two other friends who have had similar experiences at this studio. Avoid!
