My consultation was terrible. it was like something out of a movie. it was an absolute disaster. The staff is friendly and do what it is that they need to do. but the doctor is crazy. as soon as she opened the door she had her eyes red and hair messy, and her makeup was all smeared on her face. and also she was just telling me i need another xray and then telling about the price but not even mentioning that i can do that same xray procedure with for free with my insurance. i will not be coming here at all and ima ask for a refund upon my consultation which was $60 i feel like i got robbed and the doctor was trying to rob me for more of my money which is an insult for a veteran

Referred to Dr. Arrayo by my dentist (who I completely trust) to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted. Previously had a bad experience years prior with an extraction so I was a bit hesitant. This was the complete opposite! The staff was kind and the procedure went very well. Everything was explained ahead of time from insurance and payment to x-rays and aftercare. Recently went in for my 6 month follow-up and I had to admit from beginning to end I’d do it again! (But hopefully won’t have to!)

Like everyone one I was afraid of going to the dentist. The staff at Harborview made the experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend if you are in the need for dental surgery.

I’m writing this 3 hours after getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed. They did an incredible job, treated me with so much care, and made the entire process painless. I was extremely nervous, and Dr. Arroyo did an incredible job with everything and so did the assistant. Thank you for everything!

Amazing! Glad I was referred here by Dr. Graves. Good people to good people. This is my only tooth operation, no root canals, cavities filled so I did not know what to expect. Nothing negative stood out, friendly staff, extensive history of experience. I would do it again! Lol

Dr. Arroyo and her staff were amazing! I had a bad experience with a filing and was nervous to have an extraction done but she and her staff made sure I was numb and was patient with my concerns. They created a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend her! Thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the nursing staff each one of you were amazing.

Just a suggestion…any person could be a potential patient of yours and treating everyone with kindness and hospitality will take you far. I unknowingly parked in their parking spot out front (no signs on the windows or in front indicating) and someone from the practice came outside and was very abrasive/condescending and verbally let me know..indicating that I had no regard for others and their patients “that are being put to sleep.” I discussed this incident with the business I was visiting and they said the spots have writing on the parking spots…that have snow and ice covering them…I would not consider this business for any oral surgery because of the way they handled this accidental situation.

My 17-year-old daughter just had her wisdom teeth out, and I am pleased with the experience. The office staff was helpful and friendly, we had virtually no wait times, the office is so nicely appointed which seems trivial, but really helps to create calm atmosphere. Most importantly, Dr. Arroyo was great.

I am very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Arroyo. This was my first experience having a tooth extracted, so I was rather nervous. The procedure was quick, painless, and Dr. Arroyo personally called me the same evening to check on me. The team should also be revered as they have been helpful and personable during each of my visits. 31/32 would have another tooth pulled here.

Highly recommend!! My procedure was smooth and easy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Also I was very impressed when Bonnie recommended clove oil for my tooth pain rather than pain killers!! And it worked like a CHARM!
