Exceptional service as soon as we walked in. They were incredibly gentle and patient with my daughter, making her first visit enjoyable. The office is clean and modern. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care for both adults and children!

10/10! Cannot recommend enough! I had an appointment for routine cleaning this morning and unfortunately my child care fell through. I had to bring my 11 week old newborn to the appointment and the sweet ladies at the front desk helped watch after her during my cleaning. The staff was so attentive and caring, especially as I was feeling very overwhelmed. This is truly a family oriented practice! Many, many thanks!

Great experience, friendly staff, professional! I’m a doctor myself, I would come here again - in fact I already scheduled my future hygiene appointment in 6 month 😘👍🏻👌 Today was a 6th month follow up visit! Honestly, this is the best dental clinic I’ve been too - friendly staff, attentive to detail, careful, carrying… if you had a Rolls Roys and needed quality care - this dental clinic is the type of place you would take your Rolls! I’m sad to be moving to another city and defiantly recommend them to anyone!

This facility was excellent from start to finish . I filled out an online form on Sunday for them to contact me and they called me 8am on the dot Monday morning right when they opened. They were able to get me in Tuesday. Everyone was so kind and it smelled amazing the second you entered. The front desk staff was very welcoming and had on cute fits. The Dental Assistant Crystal was a sweet heart and the Dental Hygienist Crystal was lovely she answered all my questions and even explained and showed me my x-rays. I could not remember the Doctor’s name but he was also helpful. Will be returning!!!!! Excellent staff

I had a great experience at horizon family dental care today as a new patient!

I went here for a few cleanings and it was fine but then once I had one of their doctors do some work, oh boy, it remains the worst filling I’ve personally ever had. At first the doctor overfilled the cavity and then he ground it down way too far (deep into chewing surface of molar). Never had a more sensitive tooth in my life. Food gets stuck in it often and in general it doesn’t feel right. I feel like the filling going to fail or maybe even cause an infected tooth. I contacted their office about my issues about a week after the procedure and they said it was probably fine just needed more time. It’s been a few years now and it’s a little improved regarding temperature sensitivity only, but otherwise still sensitive overall and still regularly getting food stuck & causing discomfort. I’m going to ask another dentist elsewhere if should re-do their work They also always tried to push Invisalign on me every time I was there… my bite is perfect and I have pretty straight teeth (never had braces) but still they were insistent that I am at risk of having health problems in the future if I don’t get Invisalign now

I followed my dentist, Dr. Enlow, to Horizon Family Dental in Baltimore. I'm happy with my choice. Dr. Enlow is always great. Her assistant Mario was easy to work with & friendly. I was there to get a crown after getting a root canal at my endodontist. There was a scheduling mix up at first, yet the business office at Horizon was patient and helpful in sorting it out. Mario and Dr. Enlow communicated well throughout my visits. The staff are all friendly and the location is comfortable. There is free parking behind the dental office. Horizon in Baltimore is the best!

Dakota, one of the administrators at the front desk has a terrible attitude. They don’t have their information clear. One administrator said they verify insurance 48 hours before a visit and Dakota said they verify the day before and that if based on your insurance verification if you want to cancel the appointment they would still charge you the $75 for cancelling with less than 48 hour notice. What kind of family dental care corners patients like that?
