Vanessa was very patient and thorough about going over all of the costs with me and looking up my plan coverage. I appreciated Dr Koby coming out to talk over my son’s tooth status. I also am grateful that they fit us in at the last minute, right before Thanksgiving, for our potential bite guards.

Dr. Koby Sarubin and the entire staff was amazing. Truly a seamless and friendly visit, and I appreciated Dr. Sarubin providing explanations on what he was doing during the consultation/exam and providing next steps for treatment options. Lucky to have them!

My experience was totally fine. We are in a be phase of human contact where a google or Facebook post or an automated text is more important than a personal phone call. I am not impressed

The dentist is usually a terrible experience for me but not here! The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional and they have have some really cool technology that makes the dentist way less scary. Thanks y’all!!

The reception desk employees are alway cheerful and helpful. I was made to feel very comfortable. The hygienist was exceptionally good at explaining what was happening and being gentle when necessary. I would give Smile Rotunda a 5-+ if they accepted Medicare!
