Dr Blow is very experienced with all techniques and procedures. I have been coming here since a young kid (I’m 22 now) and she has always shown me how to take good care of my teeth properly and well.I would highly recommend this dental care!

One of the worst pediatric office I have been to, Neglects little children, only cares about making money and traumatizing little kids, does procedures even when the child is dying in pain! Charges insurance with false claims. Does fluoride with out the parents consent and then charges them at the end. She should lose her license. Looks like she’s on drugs, eyes are blood shot red and looks like she’s half asleep

My experience was unacceptable especially after being a customer for over 16 years at the Bartlett location. The front desk response and service should be about the customer. Everything else is secondary. When it first happened, we gave the associate the benefit of the doubt but when it happened for a second time I was disappointed that management continues to let customers NOT be treated with respect and spoken to politely. The pattern that we witnessed is unacceptable in healthcare or in any other field.

My daughter received x-rays and laughing gas every time she went there, THREE MONTHS IN A ROW even when I objected to it. The dentist simply suggested we left if we didn't want to accept her way.When I compared the bills for the same treatment to the charges from another dentist, it was LESS expensive to go to someone out of network then to this in network practice.I debated for some time before I posted this review. But I rely on reviews and if I had known about frequent xrays, I would have stayed away from this office.An update to my previous review:Two days after my review, I've received a three months old statement stating that there is balance due and I will be charged late fees every month for non payment.First, this is the first time I have laid my eyes on their statement, second, some of the charges were not on the claims, submitted to the dental insurance. When I compared the amounts I am supposed to pay according to the insurance, to the amounts I have paid in the office, I realized that I overpaid. Yet mysteriously after my review I owe them some money. Interesting...

My son's 1st dental experience and I just knew he needed a kid friendly place, from comfort of walking thru the door all the way up to the chair. Gentle Care for Kids has gone above and beyond to make him and this worried momma feel comfortable, at ease, and just like family! My son needs a lot of work and his appointments can be a lot on him but he doesn't fight going or freak out like any child would when "doctors give shots"! I use that comparison because I can't say doctor with him screaming "I don't want shots" but when I mention dentist at Gentle Care he's OK with it. Now again due to the amount of work when he's in the chair, he can be a lot. But the dentist and assistant have been amazing with him. We all get through it together haha. We have PPO Gentle Care is not in our network but we just love them so much that we've doing what we can to make sure we stay part of the Gentle Care family!!! I would also like to mention that Teresa at the front desk has been amazing to me...I really enjoy talking with her

My Dad was told his root canal would be covered by his insurance and insurance would pay for it all. They did not tell the truth. Turns out they accept his insurance BUT ARE NOT IN THE NETWORK of his insurance so he had to pay lots of money. Other dentist said dental offices are hurting for money because of COVID. They will say they accept your insurance, but be sure to ask, "BUT Are you in my insurance's network?" Our dentist said HE GOT SCAMMED!

I looked up pediatric dentist for an emergency tooth situation with my three year old. Let me tel you, I had a hard time getting specifically a pediatric dentist and many people were unfriendly, short or rude when I called. Not here! They were so nice! Teresa was so nice and helped me figure out what I needed to do and was so friendly and sweet with my daughter. I thought the hygienist and doctor were also fabulous! They are all so friendly, so welcoming, so nice and worked so well with my daughter. She literally walked out if the office and said “I had so much fun at the dentist” and she has multiple cavities. I mean way to go girly, you might be the only one with cavities who loves the dentist.

I took both of my kids here, to make long story short they told me both of them needed some work done, I asked them specifically how much was it going to be, from the beginning I was told my insurance did not cover the laughing gas which I said ok. I paid what they told me I owed.. I left the place thinking i didn't owe anything.. Come to find out maybe a month later that they gave my son more time of that laughing gas then they said, mind you I had no idea of this, my kids are perfectly fine with going to dentist. Like I said I left thinking everything was paid. I get the bill they tell me I have to pay it bc my insurance did not cover the laughing gas.. well yes I told them you knew that why would they bill my insurance knowing they won't pay it.. One of the lady's had the nerve to tell me I told her to call the insurance and see if they can pay that, that's why she billed them, I told her that was not true and she was lying she not immediately said I had to take it with my insurance, I told her no. She said she was going to call me back and she never did instead I received another bill this time with a credit of $33.50. Why would I pay this? They thought they can be slick and bill my insurance but since they won't pay they are billing me? $104.10 is a bit high for laughing gas. I got a letter that they will remove the credit If I don't pay.. If they would of told me that same day I took them I would of paid everything but instead they bill me a month later. I will be contacting the BBB.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE LIERS I SHOULD OF STAYED AWAY THE FIRST TIME THE LADY LIED TO ME... THATS ANOTHER STORY..3/16Update to the owners response...You went beyond to take care of my kids?? Isn't that your job?? Isn't that what you get paid for? You gave me the discounts because you knew from the beginning you guys were wrong, I wrote this review because 1 the staff in your office refused to let me speak to the doctor after asking several times over the phone and in emails, 1st she said she will have the doctor call me never heard from Dr Blau, and 2 and the one that is mostly wrong is that your staff one in specific STRAIGHT UP LIED to my face putting words in my mouth telling me I asked her to call the insurance to see if they would cover something when from the get go your office told me the insurance would not cover it so why would I ask that?? Lie lie!! That's what is sad!! I paid what I was supposed to & then someone from your office will have the nerve to ask me to delete my review?? I don't think so!!!! Your office did not do the job for free I well paid you a good amount of money for the job you did!!

I was referred by my primary dentist for my daughter's fillings. But after filling, my primary dentist told me she did not understand why they only filled part of the teeth. I paid my money for the filling to fix that teeth. I called back and was told it was very small cavity and they would wait to see if it grow. Now it grows, and I need to pay again for another appointment. It should be fixed at beginning and only pay one time. They do not take responsibility for their mistake. I go there to do the filling, not leave part of cavity there. Also, the office is not friendly. I do not recommend this office.Update to response the own's reply:The office was not friendly, so I moved back to my primary dentist. We did check every 6 month. The issue was the cavity was there before the filling. Gentle dental only fix the half of the cavity and let another half to get bigger. Made mistake but do not want to take responsibility. I wish I could rate negative.

We were recommend from our family dentist and were hugely disappointed. We spoke with them on the phone for a consultation and asked us to come in. The dentist spent no more than 5 minutes with us and we left with a charge of $75 with no service. His advice was completely contrary to our family dentist. When we called back later for further information they refused to connect us with the dentist . They stated they would take our questions and get back to us later but never did.Ended up going to another specialist and so glad we did - you can find much better service and dentists who are genuinely interested in the patient and not making a quick buck without any service or care.
