Absolutely the most amazing orthodontist office. From the Dr to staff they are top notch. I have used them for both children now and would not go anywhere else! They are so organized, so friendly, the children never complain about going. They are there for emergencies and offer interest free financing. Crazy that this level of customer service still exists.

Excellent customer service! I called for my braces to be adjusted due to wire flapping and they set me an appt immediately. I came in and was immediately seen on time! I love that they greet you by name and with a smile! Thanks 😊 clean environment and family atmosphere! It’s a pleasure to have them help build my confidence! We are a team in my care plan!

Dr.Buck and Dr. Johnston are great orthodontist they genuinely care about their patients and staff. I finished my treatment and had my braces removed about two weeks ago and I love my results!!! There staff is just as great they keep everything flowing smoothly to where you don’t have long wait times and will squeeze you into there schedule if you have a emergency, I had several and they were able to accommodate me rapidly. I would definitely recommend them to everybody. Thank y’all for everything!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, nice, and always ready to help. My experience during every single visit has been truly outstanding. They took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and were exceptionally clear about pricing and the entire process. The people here are wonderful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this orthodontist – they've made the journey to a better smile an absolute pleasure!

I brought my son for a 2nd consultation...1st one being at a different office. I loved everything about this office...the atmosphere was inviting...the Dr was super nice and made me feel at ease...There's no doubt I made the best choice when choosing this office for my son😊

I became a patient about three years ago. As an adult, it was somewhat embarrassing. The entire staff has been professional, friendly, helpful and --most of all-- respectful. They understand that adults want to also look good. I wish I'd contacted them a few years earlier.Update 7-20-22: One amazing thing about these folks--they *know* their patients. I walk in, I see others walk in, and we're all greeted by name. The doctors know your name, the technicians know your name. It's very much like an extended family.Yesterday, barring damage to my retainer, was my last appointment. I just want to thank Dr Johnston and Dr Buck for everything. I'm very happy with my results.

Drs. Buck and Johnston are top notch and highly qualified for all types of braces for all ages! I should know, I am in braces! Our whole family has been part of their family for several years, and ALWAYS amazed at their expertise. Walking in the front door is always friendly with the most amazing staff that make the entire office flow and their office is esthetic to look at. I love the drive to Baytown, it can actually be a shorter drive from Houston than just driving in Houston alone :D

First and foremost every employee that we came in contact with at our first visit was kind and helpful.Each of the employees involved in the exam, the payment set up, and first procedure was gentle and caring. You could tell they know how to handle nervous kids.The Dentist was an Angel. She explained all issues found and what could be done to correct them.So Happy I found this Orthodontist!

I have been seeing doctors Johnston & Buck for over two years. As an adult with ... "issues", I was embarrassed at first to go and get braces. They and their entire staff have made me feel welcome, comfortable and very well cared for.The entire office works tirelessly (even with the Great Texas Freeze) to make sure things happen on time and when needed. I have had two wire problems that took a phone call and one minute after work. I will always recommend anyone needing straightening to look at Dr Johnston and Buck first.
