World of Smiles

I brought my 6-year-old and they said she needed fillings. We were nervous because her sister went through a terrible experience getting a filling at our previous dentist. I asked for her to be sedated, but they recommended nitrous oxide because they said she didn’t seem too anxious. I listened to them and I’m glad I did. She had a positive and painless experience! She even giggled as they were giving her numbing shots. She left happy and had zero complaints of pain. It was a completely difference experience than our previous dentist. I am so happy with their service! I just moved to the area and feel blessed to have found such a good office for my children. Thank you!

Heard good things from a friend of mine that worked here but made an appointment for 1pm. After waiting for an hour, they finally moved my toddler and into a quiet room, waited for 15 mins in said room without being seen. Left after that. Not sure if I wanna come all the way from Silsbee to Beaumont to be waiting for well over an hour for a simple cleaning on a 3 year old. Takes less than 10 mins.

3 of my children went to this office today for cleanings, and check ups on their dental. For one, it’s so clean, and well put together when you first walk in, a cute area for the kids while i did paperwork, huge fish tank. It’s was great, The staff was super nice, helped with paperwork, and had a great attitude the whole time. The ones who were cleaning the kids keep, and brushing them; had my children feeling very comfortable, and excited during their first visit. They were super sweet, welcoming, and held great conversations during the process to ensure the child was comfortable & okay! They definitely show they care about the parents and children, The doctor herself was very nice and kind and walked though each process great. 10/10 Recommend (Also my appointment time was 11:30A, i got there at 11:27 and i was out the office by 12:40P)

I love this dentist office. I've been bringing my kids here for about 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always so nice and helpful and the dentist is amazing. She always makes my kids feel comfortable and explains to them what she is going to do before she does it, which helps put them at ease. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but it is worth it. I highly recommend this dentist.

Great place to take your kids for their dental needs. Always accommodating if you need an appointment changed or canceled. Son loves going here,they treat him very well. They listen to his concern or help calm him down so his dental visit goes as smooth as possible. They have helped with the transition of letting my son be on his own in the dental chair. I have no worries when we come here, because I know my son will be treated well an is in good hands. Thanks for excellent treatment and service to our kids.

This was my two year old very first dentist appointment, and everyone at World of Smiles was great. The dentist and the assistant was very kid friendly and patient. My daughter was scared at first, but warmed up to the staff because of their patience and friendliness. I recommend anyone with small children or children in general to go here. We just relocated here so I was skeptical at first, but the great reviews that I read prior to the appointment gave me a great feeling.

I would recommend World of Smiles to anyone who was looking for a place to take their loved ones. Your staff are very polite and put their patients 1st. and formost. They are very good with the children, of all ages. Icant say enough about how great everyone is there. They all are. team members. My grandkids have been going there now forr about 7 yrs. They both like the staff members. and have never complained about anything. THANKYOU World of Smiles 😊

Dr. Pati and her Assistant Tee Tee and the Office Manager are PHENOMENAL LADIES OF EXCELLENCE! My son was Extremely traumatized by another dentist so bad he had Night Terrors for 2 weeks. Anytime he sees any doctor he has a Full Blown panic attack (Severe Fight Or Flight Syndrome). After this I was extremely leery of all Dentists. Well Dr. Pati showed profound patience dealing with my son. From the gentle hugs, high fives, toys, and laughs... He actually had a fantastic time at World of Smiles. He was over the moon they gave him a toothbrush in his favor color and floss. I was happy my son had a healthy experience with people greaaaat at their jobs.

World of Smiles refused providing a simple dental exam for my children due to being Active Duty Military. My wife was told that they would accept our insurance over the phone and after she had took off work and took my kids out of school and signed the paperwork they turned her around because we are active duty military. This is how world of smiles treats hard working service members and their families serving the SETX Community. Sad.

A++ If you looking for a place that puts your children’s best interest FIRST, that has great bedside manners, that’s gentle to your kids and has toys, tv and books while waiting... then look no further!!! Dr. Patti and staff (World of Smiles) is THE PLACE to go to!!! They are always willing to answer any questions , explaining what there doing and accommodating your needs!!
