We brought my 4 year old daughter for her first dental appt today. Everything from start to finish was great! Front desk staff was very friendly, Kelsey was great brushing her teeth and even took an xray. Kris came in and scaled her teeth and did a fluoride treatment. Dr. Aliana was so nice and sweet to my daughter. Overall a perfect experience especially for a 4 year olds first visit. She’s excited to go back in 6 months! :) Highly recommend!

My six year old had her first check up and a couple days later came in for a couple cavities to be filled and two teeth pulled. The hygienist, assistant, and dentist were absolutely top notch. They made my daughter feel happy, comfortable, and excited to come back. I will be returning just because of the care she received! I would give five stars but the ladies at the front desk seemed a little impatient and didn’t warn me of the charge they were going to be taking that same day.

Terrible practice. We had to have my 3 year old child sedated for a number of cavities to be taken care of. Very little information provided up front about the process with surprises along the way like - they bring in out of town dentists from NYC and around the country to do the work while your child is passed out, and you aren't allowed to be with them during the procedure.Fillings seemed to be okay afterwards, but they decided to put crowns on two teeth, the first of which fell out within 6 months, and the second fell out a little over a year later.I called to explain that both crowns had fallen out. They explained that since a year had passed they would charge me again to fix their original work. Insurance wouldn't cover the fix, because it should have been done right the first time and they don't cover a 2nd repair to the same teeth. They then proceeded to blame their poor work on our child, saying that she must have been eating hard candy or taffy, which she never eats and we have kept her away from since they warned us after the procedure to not let her have, and that it was her fault as to why the crowns fell out.Promised to get back to us after checking with the dentist to see if they would fix the crowns, its been 2 months and no call back. I'll be taking my children elsewhere that doesn't have shady practices and can perform competent work, I'd recommend you do the same if you care about your children because they clearly do not here.

My three kiddos had their first appointment with Keep Smiling, Kids in August. Overall, the experience went very well. As a mother, I felt that my needs and concerns were heard and validated. Unexpectedly, my six-year-old became extremely nervous during the visit. Dental hygienist Rebecca went above and beyond to make my kiddo feel safe and comfortable. Because of Rebecca, they were able to finish my child's cleaning and exam. Rebecca is clearly adept at her job and highly-skilled in calming anxious children. We appreciate you all at Keep Smiling, Kids. Thank you!

Made the mistake of scheduling an early 8am appointment on a Monday there. When I had to cancel the appointment without 24 hours notice I was told that we were *banned* from the practice since we were new patients AND they still charged us.Keep in mind, this is a Monday morning appointment and their office is CLOSED Sunday and Saturday making it literally impossible to cancel within their time frame.Seems like they care more about your money than they do caring about the health of your child.

Daughter had sedation with teeth extraction and fillings. Dentist was awesome along with anesthesiologist... But trying to set up the appointment and calling about insurance is about impossible.. my wife gave them my number since I carry the insurance. Not once did they call me to discuss anything about my daughter even when my wife reiterated that they were to call me.. I called at least 7 times and left messages NEVER got a return call. I didn't even think they had a phone until I walked into the office.

I have very bad experience in this place, it started when the insurance refused to cover the filling of my son when i asked them why? they answered because this filling was done in the same surface of the tooth ( around 6 months before) i took a consultation from a dentist ( pediatric spicialist) he told me that means the1st filling was not completely done!i can understand that may happen, and i would respect them if they admitted that to me and discussed me about retreatment, but the did nothing, they made the filling again and charged me the total cost as if they did not do any mistake,i phoned the main office more than 10 times, they referred me to the responsiple one without any answer, once she leaved me a voicemail and then she didn’t answer, they ignored my calls and my messages, i decided to go to another clinic and here i started to discover the other mistakes they had done to my other kids1st the doctor told me that my son 14 y had no problem in his bite( though i know his problem since he was 5) and his new dentist just 2 days ago referred him to orthodontist2nd the dentist told me that my son( 6 y old)had a previous filling wasn’t done completely ( and actually this filling was done in this clinic unfortunately)3 rdmy daughter 18 y which is now in adult dentist clinic , her doctor told her that the seiling was put on wrong way and the tooth under it will be damaged if still the seiling on itand obviously my daughter went to this clinic and they are the one put it to her.I’m so sorry to write this review, but unfortunately this what happened to me, and to be honest the staff in the reception are so nice and cooperative

My daughter has a problem mouth, starting with 8 cavities. We were referred to Keep Smiling to handle her specific needs and it has just been a fantastic experience. From the first doctor assuring me that they would get her teeth taken care of, and then WE would prevent it from happening again, to the doctor who performed the surgeries, to this most recent doctor who takes the time to explain what I'm seeing and how everything is ok, everyone has been absolutely empowering and reassuring. They also have TV sets for the kids to watch during their appointment, which makes is low-stress for all of us. Definitely worth coming here!

I never leave Google reviews but I had to for Keep Smiling Kids! Took my 3 year old daughter there for her first ever dentist appointment and they did such an amazing job! The office staff, dental hygienist and the dentist were so good with her. The over sized "lite bright" kept her entertained during our short wait and she was able to watch her favorite show while they cleaned her teeth. Highly recommend them to anyone with children.

I cannot recommend them enough. I have a 5 year old who was terrified to go after a terrible experience at another (unaffiliated) office. They are so incredibly gentle and very interactive with the children. My child is no longer afraid to go and the appointments are a breeze. So incredibly thankful to have been recommended by someone else to go here.
