Neish Dentistry

This is easily the best dentist experience I’ve ever encountered. Dr Neish is exquisitely skillful and informed while providing the most conscientious patient-centered, well-rounded, care a person could ever want. Thank you to everyone at Neish Dentistry!

To be clear this review is for Dr. Scott Neish, Senior, not Dr. Bryan Neish who is running the business now. I waited a few years to post a review in hopes that Dr. Neish would help me resolve my concern. Unfortunately, he has not and seems to no longer be returning my emails. Dr. Neish removed quite a bit of enamel in my back teeth because he said I needed them adjusted to improve my overall bite. Unfortunately, he removed far too much and since that appointment, I have never felt the same. We had a treatment plan set for three adjustments. He did the first very conservatively, it felt great. Then he did the second and went too far. After that appointment, he said that we no longer needed a third. I think if he hadn't changed the treatment plan, and gone slower, I could have avoided this terrible situation. Since then I have had many physical problems, like chronic headaches, severe jaw pain, and insomnia because I have nowhere to comfortably rest my jaw. Even the appearance of my face has changed due to a lack of support from my back teeth being filed down. I knew something was wrong right away and told him so. He basically told me that this is all in my head and that he couldn’t have possibly made a mistake. I’ve tried many different things to help improve it. To make matters worse, when I asked for my records he waited months and then told me that he lost them. They were electronic and it appears that he had no back up. I wanted to bring the records to another dentist in hopes that understanding more of what he did would be helpful for my treatment. It has been quite costly and caused me a lot of suffering. I am also a healthcare provider and I understand how important it is to inform patients of the risks involved with a procedure and listen to them if they tell you that something is off. I know that things can go wrong in any healthcare setting and nobody is perfect, but I decided to write this review because of how Dr. Scott Neish responded when I tried to explain what was happening and asked for help. I would just encourage anyone undergoing any kind of dental work to make sure you understand exactly what the dentist is proposing and listen to your intuition and immediately stop them if something feels off.

Simply great! The facility is extremely clean, and the hygienist’s do their work very professionally. I have been Dr. Scott Neish’s patient for 20 yrs and I have enjoyed his professional work ethic and easy-going nature. His son Dr. Bryan Neish is now at the helm and he and his staff are equally professional and maintain very high standards of care and cleanliness.

For the first time in 60 some years of going to who knows how many dentists, I FINALLY have found one that I can trust!! I so appreciate Dr. Bryan's minimally invasive approach to dentistry, and am very comfortable with the incredible level of care that I receive in this office. I used to hate going to the dentist.....going to Neish Dentistry is like going to visit a friend!! I know that I am receiving the BEST dental care possible. My whole family wants to go to him now!

I Drive 65 miles out of my way to see Dr Neish and staff it's totally worth it! I won't go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Neish literally for decades. Now that he has retired, I met his son, Dr. Bryan Neish, for the first time today while there for a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist was very thorough and Dr. Neish is very personable like his father. I'm confident that I will continue to be in good hands at Neish Dentistry.

Dr. Neish is very careful with all aspects of the procedures (my extraction, caps replacements, implant) with zero pain or discomfort, very thorough, easy process for making appointments, and he personally follows up.

By far the best cleaning I've had in years, as I'd been out of town. Whenever I'm away and visit another office I'm told I need work done. This is the only place I trust. Only a couple fillings in 35 years, no issues. Friendly and talented staff, clean, modern equipment, generational practice. Highly recommend if you need a lifetime dental care provider.
