Carla and the front staff was very friendly and courteous always greeted me with a smile. Also Tanesha in optical gave me outstanding customer service when I was trying to decide what frames etc .. that I was trying to select. Her patience with was incredible very friendly and so helpful. I thank the whole staff at Bellaire. Please keep during a fantastic job and caring about us. 👏🏾😊👏🏾

It is my absolute pleasure to write this review for Dr. James Sims! The doctor listens to my concerns and doesn’t rush in and out of the room like many doctors. He is not quick to diagnose and prescribe unnecessary medications that have bad side effects. He talks to me about my options and lets me be part of my treatment plan to ensure the best outcome. He respects people’s time and does not have patients sitting in waiting rooms for hours. I really feel like Dr. James Sims cares about my wellbeing and I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend this doctor for your primary care needs!

We are invariably in a position to share information, good news, essentially, but the proverbial WE typically pause on presenting good information, opting instead to pass up the opportunity for whatever reason. Today, I'm choosing to share how SHF BELLAIRE has been a good constant in my life inasmuch as I have been in its existence.As a long-time patient, I have had the distinction of observing the growth of St. Hope, not only with new campuses, but also with new developmental research; with additional, clinically credentialed staff; added funding for community based programming aimed at education in lower socioeconomic areas...all good news that should be shared. What has remained the same is my experience with SHF BELLAIRE, and said experience includes expertise in patient care. From the personalized touch of the front desk staff, Myra and Billy; the ever-present oracle of sorts/problem solver, Ms. Mary; the personable and clinical expertise of RN Salima, who has a gift of calm and a genuine desire to be among solutions, to ancillary staff in Psychiatry (I think immediately of Provider DeJean and her optimism and realism that becomes a part of my plan) and phlebotomy, staff like Ayesha, who ensures success at the first draw while being engaging, knowing that she, too, is a necessary part to the metaphorical picture.I would be remiss if i didn't recognize my personal champion, provider Manny Vasquez. I am better and healthier than how I came in, and that is overwhelmingly because of the good news of expertise in medicine, personally tailored for me and what I needed at that time and what has clinically been directed over time by provider Vasquez. Admittedly, it is often a hard struggle for me, juggling one's physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but if I pause to know that this is about me, I also know that I have a chorus of encouragers to assist me in my medical journey from good to better to best, and that chorus of good news is SHF BELLAIRE under the organizational leadership of Dr. James Sims.

On Tuesday I visited the Bellaire office for a dental exam. The dental assistant was very thorough and experienced. She took time to fully explain the procedure and made sure I understood. The dentist was equally thorough and knowledgeable and advised me about the best treatment for my teeth. I’m very pleased with the quality of service and the price.

I came to St Hope to review the laboratory results, as always, all the members of the team, starting with the person at the reception received me with a warm welcome; The treatment from my primary care doctor, Latrecia Goodie, DNP, was exceptional, she took the time to go over every detail of the results, making sure I understood it. I was recommended to have an ultrasound to continue monitoring my kidney function today and I met Judy, she was amazing, knowledgeable and empathetic. Thank you all.

My doctor is the best there is I hadn’t been to see the dentist in 30 years because I was so afraid I had gone through so much for coming to see Dr. Nassar. She is the best she makes you feel good she really likes you and you don’t feel any pain everyone in the office is so call me so nice they help you in anyway that they can. I have never had a bad experience here and I know I never will. I love them all and I will always come back here.

Samantha is one my favorites here at Bellaire! She’s always smiling with a friendly and positive attitude. Sam is awesome! 😊Ms. Yolanda is outstanding! She goes over and beyond for her clients! Always positive and smiling. 😊The front desk staff here is always a pleasure! Myra, Billy and Karla never let me down. Always friendly and outgoing!😊

Everyone at dental office, from receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They all went extra miles to help me, they definitely made me feel at home and in good hands! Thank you all! Came to the st. hope foundation the nurses there made my husband feel so comfortable. He was already afraid of going to the dentist but we met a lady Miss Roslyn, he was so nice and pleasant.
