Dr. Gigi and her staff are amazing! I came here with my daughter for a second opinion and couldn’t be happier. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly explain things to me but they worked with my insurance so there were no surprises. Scheduling is a breeze, the office is super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and my daughter (who hates any sort of dental work) is always confident and comfortable going in and coming out. Her progress in three short months has been incredible!

My daugter got her braces here. Although the braces are still on the improvement in the asthetic of her smile is notable. The gap is closed up. The overbite is significantly diminished and her self confidence has improved. They offer payment plans which i love because braces are not cheap. Their price points are fair. I have no compliments

They are all very sweet, caring, and patiently explain the process to me and my daughter (their patient) before and during the ortho treatments. The office itself is clean and peaceful. We’ve never had a long wait when bringing my daughter in for her appointments, which is amazing in itself. The front office is very accommodating and understanding when we’ve had to reschedule due to last minute school exams/illnesses. I highly recommend the Smile Station!

What a terrible experience. I just walked out of there with my 13 year old daughter. Dr Gigi spent less than 10 seconds looking at her mouth and right off the back said that the insurance will not cover braces. I asked if after a full evaluation it can be submitted to the insurance and wait to see if we get a denial. She refused to even take pictures or an X-ray and said the insurance will be upset if she’ll submit the request to the insurance. All because my daughter has United health care community plan and they want cash. An absolute waste of time and no compassion toward patients!!

The Smile Station is clean and their staff is great!!!! I have never had more than a 5 minute wait and they are always able to fit us in for last minute appointments. My daughter is 12 and she has popped wires and broken brackets on more than one occasion and they have always fixed them quickly. My daughter loves the doctor and all of the staff. I HIGHLY recommend them for a beautiful smile! :)
