An absolutely wonderful experience!! I called for a second opinion as our first was over 10k and not very thorough, nor did they explain anything to my son. Kelsey, the treatment coordinator, was amazing from my first phone call. She was so thorough over the phone and throughout our consultation appointment. Absolutely every question I had was answered, with explanation, and everything was explained directly to my son, which I lived! Dr. P came in to discuss our treatment planned and explained the best course of action to set up my son's adult teeth for success. I was so please and can't wait to see the progress on my son's teeth. Highly recommend thus beautiful office and wonderful team!!

An exceptional ortho practice! My daughter's braces consultation was on time and thorough, with very friendly staff.We found out she was ready for braces anytime we wanted to schedule it, and then they told us they actually had time to put them in that moment. We'd had such a positive experience up to that point that my daughter was ready and excited to do it! An hour later, she had braces.We are looking forward to entrusting our daughter's smile with this friendly, thorough, and efficient practice.

I cannot recommend QC Ortho enough! Everyone is so knowledgeable and encouraging. My two kiddos in braces have very different care plans and they took time to explain the differences and why they needed to be different. Both Dr. Richards and Dr. P have been so wonderful and patient, plus they have have best assistants. Everyone has made my kids feel so welcome! We’re still in the midst of treatments and feel so taken care of.

Dr. Richards and her staff are top notch. I went through the gamut of treatments for nine years prior to being referred to QCO, to no avail. Upon our first meeting, I just knew the compassionate and empathetic Dr. Richards would be the one to help me because she actually LISTENED to me & HEARD me and developed a plan to get my bite to fit naturally again and to lessen my TMJ symptoms/migraines. After 2.5 years of treatment, I can finally say that Dr. Richards truly saved my life because before meeting her, I was giving up. Not only did my smile turn out BEAUTIFULLY, but more than that, my migraines are nearly gone, my bite is naturally fitting again, and my family got their bubbly mom/wife/daughter/sister back. I will recommend QCO for everyone I meet! Not enough words or phrases in the English language to express my sincerest gratitude.

We've never had to wait for an appointment and they always make her feel welcome and at ease. She gets her braces off today and couldn't be more excited! Quad City Orthodontics consistently gives our daughter the best care anyone could possibly ask for! With her having special needs, there is no other practice in the Quad Cities I would entrust her with. From the very beginning of treatment, the entire staff was very cognizant of what accommodations needed to be provided for my daughter to be most comfortable. With that special care, my daughter can now go in the back all by herself. The staff has genuinely made all of us feel very comfortable and welcome at each and every visit.

The team at Quad City Orthodontics is friendly, helpful and always makes our kids feel special. What isn't to love? They play on an iPad while they are waiting, get to pick the colors of their bands and have chances to earn (or win) prizes.
