Incredible customer service, amazing dentistry, fantastic dental staff and the best insurance assistant I have ever seen. I cannot say enough praise about this office. Everyone was amazing, my son felt so comfortable, that has never happened at the dentist. Usually he is scared of the dentist but he loved everything about this office including the sweet dentist, the tv on the ceiling and prize claw machine!! I will never take him anywhere else! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses, dentist and admin staff were truly amazing.

We always have a positive experience at Big Tooth Boca. The entire staff is wonderful, kind, caring and well organized. My child has been going to Big Tooth Boca since she was 4 years old. My child has had several procedures here and has never felt scared. We also go to Big Boca Smiles for her orthodontist appointments. Dr. Kapit is wonderful. This is so convenient, because they share the same office.

Big Tooth Boca is the Best for all your pediatric dental needs!! From the front office to dental assistant everyone is professional , kind and passionate about the work that they do! Dr. Shelly Levine-Rubin is an amazing dentist and amazing person, she was able to fix my child’s teeth problem in minutes without sedation where other professionals told me they would need to use a sedation or anesthesia. They always make my child really comfortable so he is not scared at his visits at all! Dr. Shelly’s dental assistant Jenn always very kind and patient with my son and does very thorough teeth cleaning. The Best Experience Ever!

Dr. Levine and staff are wonderful. The staff is professional yet helpful and Dr. Levine is attentive to details, great with children, and compassionate! I am happy and at ease for having Dr Levine as my children dentist. My daughter needs special attention for having a rare condition. Dr Levine goes to great lengths to make sure my daughter is having the right treatment. I strongly advise Big Tooth Boca and Dr Levine!

Review for today 4/10/24My son had his 2 teeth extracted and of course the staff and the Dr. Levin was the best. Dr. Levin's assistant Jennifer who we called Aunt Jen Jen took such good care of Rocco and put on the National Geographic show that he wanted. I will go now where else for my kids and their dental work and cleanings.Thank you Big Tooth Boca for taking care of my son!! Judy at the front is awesome and sweet,Carrie is the best at explaining what my benefits are and what is covered , Giavonna( sorry for the spelling ) was so patient with Rocco, and such a sweet woman, the young lady that cleaned Sofia's teeth (sorry I was paying attention to Rocco's cleaning that I didn't get her name) was so kind and gentle with her when she did her cleaning. Dr Levin is so nice and talks to me and explains everything to me. I'm glad that I found Big Tooth Boca for my kids and we are going to be patients for a long time. We are not leaving this practice. Thank you everyone at Big Tooth Boca, your awesome.Today was our first time at Big Tooth Boca, I was nervous since the last pediatric office I went with my children was a nightmare. From the minute we checked in with Judy who is so delightful and nice and Kara who spoke to me and explained everything to me about what my dental insurance covered and what was my resp. Dr Levin was the Best Dentist that I have ever been to with my children. She was so kind, patient, and explained everything to my daughter Sofia, her nurses are so nice and pleasant. Thank you to everybody for making us feel welcomed, Dr Levin thank you !!

The best dentist for kids ever! I was blown away by how nice the office is, how warm and inviting it is decorated for kids, the staff was super nice and friendly, they give you so many little gifts for kids, including a token machine, where everyone wins a prize. They really go all out to make the kids want to come back! We saw Dr. Shelly Levin during our visit and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with advice and how to avoid cavities for kids. Also the staff at the front desk went to above and beyond to what I would expect, by calling my insurance themselves. Also, there’s never any wait when you call the office. They go the extra mile hands-down the best kids dentist!

Such an incredible experience! It’s our first time in Boca and we really needed urgent help! My Son was in so much pain. Everyone from Dr. Levine to Judy up at the front And all their incredible staff in between. We never need to go anywhere else.They are so friendly, professional, kind, intelligent, fast, clean, patient and so empathetic with the kids :)So grateful for Big Tooth Boca! I brought my 10 yr old daughter for a regular cleaning and today Dr. told us it's time to look into an orthodontist. My 1st thought is well I will have to find one, make an appointment and I hope I get an AM appointment. The team was wonderful and got me in to see Big tooth orthodontist that my daughter was very comfortable with. This team is amazing. For our family it's a one stop.

My 6 year old has had awful experiences at dentists offices and never allowed them to even take x-rays! But Big Tooth Boca is so amazing!! From the beginning the receptionist was so friendly and personable. The young woman assisting the dentist was AWESOME!! And the dentist was very gentle and the office explained everything to us!! It was a completely different experience and I’m so thankful for this office. And I live about 40 minutes away and it’s so worth the drive! This is MY new dentist office!

Dr. Levin was EXCEPTIONAL with my two very nervous children. She was patient, kind, keenly thoughtful on what to say and share about the procedures that were forthcoming, and took time to make them both comfortable rather than forcing them into feeling uncertain.Her staff was bright, bubbly and very helpful in ensuring our appointment was taken care of in advance via our insurance, and fighting on our behalf when originally our claim was denied.SO glad we've made the switch! I highly recommend!!!
