⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a root canal procedure done with Dr. David Prusakowski and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First and foremost, there was absolutely no pain throughout the entire procedure. The doctor's skill and expertise were truly remarkable.Moreover, the doctor's kind and professional demeanor made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring, especially for someone like me who has dental anxiety.I highly recommend this dental clinic for anyone in need of a root canal or with dental anxiety. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I'm grateful to have found such a fantastic dentist.

If you want the best treatment and the best care, then you go to the best doctor. Dr. Orphanos is the best. He keeps up to date on the latest technologies and treatments. The staff is very professional and attentive. The office is clean welcoming. I am highly confident in Dr. Orphanos’ work and abilities and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch periodontist.

I can’t imagine that there’s a finer oral surgeon than Dr.Orphanos anywhere. Having endured a fair share of major dental work, not all of it favorable, going to the dentist is traumatic for me, but Dr. Orphanos’ expertise, skill and speed absolutely blew my mind. I never experienced one second of pain during or after the surgery, nor was there any swelling or bruising. The entire staff are wonderful as well. Now I understand why he is so highly regarded by his peers.

I had a sinus lift and bone graft, next will be 3 implants. A very friendly, professionally run office. I was seen on time, no waiting, beautiful office, friendly helpful staff. Doctor Orphanos is friendly, professional, and very competent. He is highly regarded by his peers, as he was recommended by several dentists. His charges are fair and competitive. I highly recommend Doctor Orphanos and his wonderful, attentive staff!!

Just finished my checkup for post op on gum surgery. The surgery was masterful and efficient and was done right in the office in about 5-10mins. It never hurt. I’ve had bone loss problems for years and finally decided to fix it and it couldn’t have gone better. My mouth feels and looks great. Dr. Orphanos is a gifted surgeon and the front desk and all the medical team feel like a family. Definitely go!

Extremely well run office - everyone is very helpful and professional. Having had significant dental issues most of my life, I’ve dealt with numerous dentists and periodontists from LA to Seattle to Boca and not one of them comes close to Dr. Orphanos. He’s next level in terms of evaluating the issues and dealing with them. Cannot recommend him more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Orphanos for the past 15 years, his care and concern as well as his exceptional skills are unprecedented. He had to fix work that was previously done and I can say I am blessed to have found him. I had numerous problems with my previous implants and 15 years ago he corrected the problems and his work has withstood the test of time without any problems. I have referred my wife, my neighbors and a few relatives - I can comfortably say we are all grateful for his skills, ethics and genuine concern. I cannot recommend him enough - he is exceptional which is why he is the doctors doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr Orpanos for almost 9 years. I inherited gum disease so therefore I have lots of bone loss. He’s helped save my teeth longer then I expected. He’s a great periodontist and a wonderful honest man that I trust explicitly.Dawn is my hygienist and I thank her equally for all the great cleanings through the years. My name is Taylor, im 28 and my experience cannot be summed up with just 5 stars.I had had an awful experience prior to finding Dr Orphanos, and had really lost all hope that my smile could be fixed. I needed a lot of work to my mouth. A lot. I arrived at Center for Smiles and immediately looked around and knew this place was serious about their work.Everything was so incredibly clean and neat. When you looked into each room the quality in the machinery was so incredible. You could just seen how hi tech everything was. I was greeted by Angelica and Judy at the front desk, they had become a huge part in my post op care and are always there to help with anything I need. My first appointment was what gave me the confidence in Dr Orphanos and his team that he would be able to help me, that he would be able to fix what no other dentist I had seen could. During that appointment he told me a bit about himself and how long he had been doing this, how he traveled around the world talking to other dentists about this procedure. But what held the most weight with me was the before and after pictures of his work. Those we're literally just unbelievable. I am currently in the process of getting my entire smile reconstructed by Dr Orphanos and today I saw my before and afters up there on that big flat screen. And I couldn't help but tear up. Im not even completely done with my work yet and I can say from the bottom of my heart that Dr Orphanos, his assistant C and his team have given me the confidence to lift my head up and smile.
