I've been going to Dr. Markowitz for the last 17 years. I've never known anyone who loves his job as much as he does and he's very good at it. He did crowns on most of my teeth 16 years ago and they still look new.His dental hygienist, Holly, is a pleasure to talk to and also does an excellant job.I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Holly cleaned my teeth again and did her usual outstanding job!! Holly is very thorough, careful not to cause any discomfort, takes her time, is very meticulous, makes you very relaxed and comfortable in this office with the very latest of technological equipment available. She is very personable. Again, very cautious in what she does in your mouth with her instruments.This particular dentist office always has some new technology to protect our mouths, ie.dental digital technology that tracks our teeth movements since last time, Cancer screening, bite tracking, etc. Incredible!!Dr. Cala, did a facial massage to make sure my jaw was opening and closing properly.Dr. Markowitz was doing surgery, otherwise he would have been doing what Dr. Cala was doing.This is the most caring, sincerely interested , truly professional dentist office I’ve ever been to.When you come here one time, you’ll never go anywhere else, period. The young lady as you come in takes care of you the same way as this whole office staff!! Incredible!!Go once, you’ll see what I’m talking about!!You’ll be very happy you did!! Professional, caring and reassuringIt's now 5 weeks later, my temporary implants are in, and the Webster dictionary hasn't come up with the proper lauditory words to describe how FABULOUS my experience has been thus far.Google should add more stars to address the COMPLETE dental care and knowledge! It's enough to "knock your teeth out", but Dr. Moskowitz would fix that too!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cela. I had some work done by Dr. Chila at a different dental office about a year ago. He was so great back then that when I needed dental work again I went to make an appointment and he was no longer at that dental office but now at Great Boca Smiles… Which turned out to be out of network for me Dr Cela is so great I was willing to pay the out of network cost For the services. Once I got to the office, the staff was phenomenal Alex and The other staff greeted me professionally, even knowing my name as soon as I walked in. My procedure went great with no pain or discomfort during or after the fact I would only recommend Dr. Cela, and Great Boca Smiles for any dental needs.

Called for an appointment and confirmed they accepted my insurance.After a 30+ minute exam, he quoted me $19,000- saying they don't take that insurance after all. I have a pre auth from my insurance showing standard insurance payment amounts of less than one - third of his 'quote'.Found the whole experience a bit less than ethical.

I absolutely love Dr. Markowitz and everyone at Great Boca Smiles. I'm always excited to have a chat with Dr. M, which ends up making the dental work I'm having done quick and painless. He has filled cavities, completed crowns, and performed a root canal and I felt little to no pain throughout. I have not seen another dentist in 7 years. He and his staff are amazing.
