My Braces JourneyNo matter how old you are, I highly recommend this office for your braces journey. First of all the doctor, Dr. George Alamir, is a true pro! He’s a highly intelligent, experienced, detailed oriented, easy-going, board-certified orthodontist with a steady hand. He made my braces journey as smooth as can be expected. He always informed me of what to expect from my teeth movement, and patiently answered my many questions. He aimed for and achieved perfection with my smile and teeth bite!In addition to the awesome doctor, this office has a amazing support staff. I must send a special shout out Citlali! When she worked on my braces, I literally felt nothing at all. It was like gentle puffs of air moving around my mouth. She is super smart, focused, detail oriented, experienced, easy chair-side manner and an excellent technician! I love the fact that she took the time to read over my entire file before she began working on my teeth. While working she was focused on every tooth with precision and poise. She took her time and executed every move with excellence. Having her help me was an overall great experience!Due to time and space, I cannot mention everyone but trust that this entire staff is awesome. The front desk staff is mentally sharp and on point. Most importantly they got my billing right the first time. I have literally never had a problem with anyone. Thankfully I was lucky enough to find this office for my braces journey. We were recommend to see Dr. George Alamir for my Son to be evaluated for braces. We were greeted by the receptionist, Martha with the outmost friendliest attitude. We received a very educational tour of the facility prior to our consultation. During the consultation, Dr. George was very informative on what to expect with the treatment plan. His professionalism and outgoing personality is a major plus, especially for my Son! We can’t wait to get my Son’s treatment started with this team!

I love my Ortho! They are the Best and a 2.5 year plan is ending at 2 years....cut it by 6 months. If you comply to the program it works really fast! Highly recommended and he waste no time...you get in and out every visit! And the front desk staff at Bolingbrook are amazing. Thanks Martha and Vikki! I'll need rubberbands again next week

I just want to say that Beauty Smile Orthodontics is awesome! Victoria at the front desk is always so welcoming, along with everyone else here. Everyone is honestly always in a good mood from our experience, it really makes you look forward to and feel good coming here.We’ve had a great experience here and I am so Happy that my daughter was approved for braces. It has been a really great experience for me so far, the staff here is always so friendly especially the young lady at the front desk named Martha. She’s always smiling and welcoming. On my first visit they gave me a tour of their facility and they explained everything to me in detail from the machines and different rooms to Dr. George explaining the whole process in detail step by step of how the braces would be and the time I would have them on. He is very funny by the way😄 They made me feel very comfortable and it has been a smooth process so far. Today I get my actual braces put on and I will update with pictures! Thank you everyone at Beauty smile Orthodontics. Especially Dr. George, I can’t wait to see my progress!

The doctor is a perfectionist which is a good thing when it come to your teeth. I had my braces for two years which was longer than the initial estimate. So keep that in mind my teeth were quite stubborn. So just be patient and don't get irritated with the doctor. My Assistant Vuk was very poliet and professional thank you to beauty smile orthodontist!

Dr George Here was awesome he gave me the perfect smile I really enjoyed my visits here at beauty 1 smile. Also his assistant Vuk did a great job explaining the instructions of how to take care of my teeth now that the braces are off and retainers are in. They even offered me a free teeth whitening. 10/10 I definitely recommend this orthodontist.

The people here are very nice and friendly. They are always willing to help and treat their patients.on my second appointment Vuk really did a great job. I just started my treatment but I know I’ll complete with a beautiful smile.

Timing is terribleWhat’s the purpose of making an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour after your scheduled appointment time.Once you get in there you will receive great service. Definitely plan to spend your day sitting for a couple of hours.If you get there early you’re still not called back after long after your appointment time.Rather it’s new staff or not timing is everything. Time is one thing a person can never get back. Pleaseeeee work on timing skills when scheduling clients.

This is my first time at this dentist office with my daughter, we are looking into getting braces for her. From the moment we walked in the staff was very welcoming and a very friendly gentleman by the name of Vuk even gave us a tour of the entire facility, he made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They have a couple of private rooms for dentistry work if you prefer it over the open area. They also have a low radiation machine that they use for pictures of your teeth which is so great because you can feel at ease that you’re not being exposed to too much radiation. Also, the coolest thing we saw was that they make 3D imprints of your teeth through the pictures they take which is pain free most importantly! We look forward to coming here in the future once my daughter gets approved for braces. Thank you to the staff and Dr. George who was very informative and friendly.
