Seen Dr.Chan today to get four teeth extraced and who could believe it was a breeze and it was done in less than ten minutes with no pain! Dr. Chan is really wonderful ! From the moment walked in to this lovely modern office I was impressed. Professional receptionist who booked my appointment in one day. And, the assistant Cheryl was awesome and even called my cab for me to get home. Very caring and professionally office. I highly recommend them don't hestitate to see them they are top notch.

I had my wisdom teeth removed almost 3 weeks ago. I have braces so a loose wire was causing me some trouble and I was anxious it was a bracket that got stuck or something of the like. Aside from the single extraction site, everything else is healing wonderfully without a hitch. Dr. Chan was very patient, kind, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was wrong and help ease my anxiety. Sometimes it can feel like things are being rushed but it's because the team is quite efficient and I offer assurance that they are thorough and professional. The receptionist, dental assistants--every person in that office is wonderful. I was late to my original surgery appointment because I had made a timing mistake, and they still took me back instead of having me reschedule, which was unnecessarily kind. This was my first time getting surgery of any kind and I'm glad I had the experience with this team, pre and post op.

I have made 4 visits thus far. Initially I felt the doctor was rushing a bit and I was quite nervous. As time goes on, I found the doctor and his team are very competent, efficient and really nice. I have recommended this office to my adult sons for their wisdom tooth extraction (they have been dreading for years).

From the consultation to the actual wisdom teeth removal, everything was done quickly. Information given was clear and everything was straightforward. No long wait at all, which is great because all the extra time just builds up more anxiety and anticipation. They also pick up quickly when called. Overall, it was a good experience as a patient.

I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his staff. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The scheduling for my consult was quick and easy. As soon as I arrived, I was able to see a nurse and Dr.Chan I don‘t have to wait and everything, from payment, paperwork was handled quickly by his office. Dr. Chan is hands down the absolute best! I wish I could give him a 10 out of 5! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed from him 3 weeks ago and I could not of asked for a better experience!!! I live in LA and I could of got my wisdom teeth removed by anyone but I flew all the way from LA just to have him remove all four of my wisdom teeth! The reason I flew to him was because I didn’t want to just go to any oral surgeon I wanted to go to the best… I’m originally from Boston so I often travel back and forth and I went to multiple oral surgeons when I found out I needed my teeth removed. Dr. Chan was the most transparent and genuine surgeon I met! He’s not looking to just take your money or to tell you to do unnecessary procedures like other oral surgeons I’ve experienced. He genuinely wants the best for his patients and is honest! He is extremely professional, his facility is clean, his work is phenomenal and he is quick! He knows what he is talking about, and is an expert at oral surgery! After having all 4 Wisdom teeth removed by him, I had no complications. Before surgery, I was so afraid because I am in my late 20s, but the entire experience was so quick and easy. I barely had any swelling at all!!! My face looked normal after surgery! I didn’t even need heavy painkillers either! And I have a VERY LOW tolerance for pain! I only used ibuprofen. And I was able to get back to my life so quickly! I’m so thankful that I got to have him work on me and I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much Dr. Chan!!! I recommend everyone to go to him for anything dental related because he truly knows his stuff and you’ll get the best results!
