Dr Palmer and her stuff were amazing during our first consultation. From the very welcome moment we just came until we met the doctor. Once I arrived with my child her assistant took great care of my daughter by preparing her to meet the doctor. She makes the child feel comfortable and smiley, why she was taking all x-rays and pictures. Dr Palmer made the room even more brighter, she has a special talent of the connection with a child. During the consultation being very conscious of making sure the child was happy and comfortable every second. She was very quick and efficient explaining the process in full details to the point where all of my questions were answered without me asking. After, her assistant showed the child the whole process in pictures so respectfully and lovely.Beautiful office, amazing girls at the front desk, very clean and cozy, no waiting time at all. We definitely will be back to continue working with Dr Palmer and looking forward to see a beautiful smile of my child. Truly happy with our experience!

Although we are not yet through half of the planned duration of the treatment, our experience with Dr. Palmer and her staff have been very pleasant. They are very helpful and understanding, and the treatment is already showing positive results. I have referred Dr. Palmer to friends who became patients and will do so again when the opportunity presents itself.

Dr. Palmer and all of the staff there have great bedside manner and make you feel comfortable with every visit. Whether it's a routine checking of the shifting of your teeth or getting new updated images of the progression of the process working, they go above and beyond to assure you of every detail along the way! Dr. Palmer and her staff are all always friendly and very helpful with questions. My daughter has a complex 3- way bite that needs to be corrected. Dr. Palmer developed a multi-phase plan and it all seems to be working wonderfully so far! When you’re there to have your braces adjusted, they won’t stop until everything feels comfortable. If you feel something’s not right after you leave, they try their best to fit you in as soon as possible to make adjustments. They are very patient and take the time to show you best care practices. From brushing, to how to attach and remove rubber bands, uses for wax and more! We enjoy early morning appointments because my daughter can still get to school on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer. She’s fantastic!

New office off Boynton Beach Blvd is very nice and bright. Staff friendly. Dr. Palmer is great with my son who was reluctant to get orthodontics. We visited at least 4 other orthos for a consult before choosing Dr. Palmer. We liked her portfolio of work, she wasnt pushy, was willing to do Invisalign with my 13 yr old, and her pricing was competitive. Would recommend.

Doctor Palmer is amazing! Thorough, detail-oriented with excellent orthodontic knowledge and advice. She is kind, gentle, communicative and my children love her. The office is well organized and the staff are efficient and respectful. Everyone bends over backwards to ensure the highest quality of service and comfort. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Office with great folks! Dr. Palmer and Dr. Hier are wonderful and amazing! It is an appointment that “you want to go”instead of “having to go”.At 62, I was in need of orthodontic help..TMJ , , , a really really bad overbite - crooked teeth and grinding my teeth! My dental hygienist Margharita-From Dr. Festa’s Office recommend Hier-Palmer. A year and a half later , with Invisalign’s my issues are in control.Hands down -get to Hier and Palmer. When I met with Dr. Hier , he told me straight up that he could only maybe get me to 30% improvement with Invisalign’s but he could protect my bottom teeth immediately from the grinding. The percentage for improvement was much higher because as a patient you must also do your part! Go-get checked out-you will only gain knowledge and have a great experience plus if you choose this office get fabulous orthodontic treatment!

We have been going to Dr. Heir at the Jupiter location for 3 years. My oldest just got her braces off & her teeth look amazing! I have two other children in treatment also and their progress has been equally impressive. When we first started going, I was concerned about if orthodontics would be difficult or traumatic for my kids. Instead, it was a great experience & my children have been in great hands. Dr. Heir & his staff are professional, caring & wonderful to work with. My kids & I are very glad we have the opportunity to go to his office for their treatment.

Gosh, I don’t even know where to begin. Dr. Palmer is the most intelligent, carrying, kind, and most wonderful human being I’ve ever met. I recommend her to everyone I encounter. She works miracles. I’ve been to over 13 orthodontist, and non had any idea of what to do with my situation, but with her, she just knew what to do the moment she looked at my smile. She really changed me and my life. For those of you who are looking for an orthodontist, ask for her. I’m so glad to have her as my orthodontist. :)
