These 5 stars are for my DOCTOR Gerardo Gómez my FAVORITE doctor in Suncoast Community in Brandon Fl, what professionalism, how much humanity, how much Love for his patients, understanding, empathy, loving and above all a great human being, I feel like I know him of a lifetime, Wuaooo it is difficult these days to find a doctor like that. If the doctor ever leaves Brandon's clinic, I am the first one to follow him wherever he goes. Because, as I wrote, there are very few doctors with these qualities. God bless you Dr. Gómez 🙌🙏☺️

What an amazing experience I had with John Phillips and Maritza. They were both very knowledgable and helpful as they spent the time listening to me, addressed my concerns, and was very thorough throughout my appointment. John Phillips came up with a plan and ordered multiple labs and further testing that would give us the answers we are looking for. He made me feel very comfortable by answering all of my questions. It's comforting to know you have a team on your side, not only rooting for you, but also putting in the work for your health.

I'm so happy that I made the decision to receive my health care from the Hillsborough County Community Health Center team. The Brandon Community Health Center sealed the deal for me. Mr John Phillips and Miss Maritza was just wonderful. The detailed concerns about my medical needs that Mr Phillips showed relieved my constant worries over whether I'll be able to find a healthcare team that will really care for me and my health needs. He ordered tests for me that I didn't even know I needed, test that no other doctor ever brought up.I'm so optimistic that under their healthcare I'll do better health-wise and may even one day be able to go back to work. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been patients of the doctors at Suncoast Clinic in Brandon for four years and we really like it. And the convenience of having a laboratory, pharmacy and dentist in the same place, we are assisted by Dr. Emmanuel and Dr. Torres, they are excellent professionals. The building is always clean and the bathrooms in order.

They’re supposed to be open today @ 8am & even google says they're open but when i arrived, the clinic was closed,No cars on their parking lot and no post on the door that lets people know they wont be open. They have a tendency to open when they feel like it without informing the people that keeps them in business which is unprofessional.

Excellent human quality of the staff and the attention is very good, but there is one person in particular who generates trust and you can see the love for her work, providing all her support and knowledge for all of us who come to this medical center and she is Julissa Caballero, thank you to her for her good attention that makes her feel very well found in her service.

I never been more disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism from this facility and lack of respect for the patients. Your job and care for the people should be number one! My husband got blood work done and was never called nor informed of his results. He had to put all the pressure so they even want to find it, and to find out he was pre diabetic, but no one called him, he had to find out by reading his results on his own. The people should be first priority here, and he was left in the dark as to how to even navigate this new diagnosis. No call from his doctor, nothing. You tell me how is that fair as a paying client. As doctors you took an oath for your community and y'all serve it with no empathy, or love for the people, but with disgrace. People’s life could be at risk and this clinic is just nonchalant about it all. DO BETTER PLEASE!! 🙏🏼

The entire clinic is disorganized & staff are rarely on the same page. I had blood work done and waited over a month did not receive a follow up phone call I constantly reached out to the customer service line no one would ever answer, I finally went into the office get an answers. The staff didn’t even know I had the blood work done. Finally she found the actual documentation, then wrongfully tried to charge me a co-pay b/c one of the other staff members doesn’t know how to properly pull insurances. The staff is overall friendly and respectful but the entire organization it self is very disorganized.

Terrible customer service I have been a patient for more than 12 years and I have moved to Brandon since they opened but it is getting worse with the service Dr. Torres is spectacular but everything else is horrible her staff is rude I am out here waiting with a child with temperature that came out negative to all the teas but as the new doctor her rules are not to see them so they have us out here in the sun her secretary's office is super rude I am only still in this clinic because of Dr. Torres who is spectacular and kind but everything else a 🤮🤮

I had a wonderful experience with John Phillips. I am dealing with a health issue and also needed support navigating some overdue appointments. He handled everything swiftly and with a smile. I started the call worried and frustrated (because of calls to insurance and other doctors) but ended the call with a smile. I am comforted knowing I have access to him and the community health center for all of my needs. I will definitely be switching my family to this organization. Thank you John!
