Once again(my 3rd procedure there) in addition to my routine visits has exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front desk to all the staff I have encountered with while being seen at the office has been excellent.The name of the suits this practice because that is how I feel when I’m seen. Dr Raffoul once again took excellent care of me. I appreciate him just know I was a bit scared but you made it all better. My favorite hygienist Mattie she came in and did her thing numbing me up for the doctor. Last and not the least Mattie the tech she made sure I was comfortable and even held my hand(that was sweet) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Brittany, the dental hygienist, this morning, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've ever had at any medical appointment. From the moment I sat in the chair, Brittany made me feel completely at ease with her warm and calming demeanor. She is incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring I received the highest level of care. What truly sets Brittany apart is her exceptional bedside manner. She takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure her patients feel heard and comfortable. Her gentle approach combined with her genuine kindness made what could have been a routine appointment feel like a personalized, five-star experience. In all my years of going to appointments, I’ve never encountered a provider who blends expertise and compassion so seamlessly. Brittany is a top-notch professional who goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel lucky to have been treated by her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

The staff was super friendly, had great communication, and so quick & efficient on the day of the appointment! I was scheduled to arrive at 8am and was leaving before 9am. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with sedation and so far (day one) have had minimal discomfort. They provide you with a wrap that holds ice packs so you don’t need to order one. I also received a call from Dr. Raffoul directly the day before the appointment for any last minute questions which I really appreciated.
