The staff was super friendly, had great communication, and so quick & efficient on the day of the appointment! I was scheduled to arrive at 8am and was leaving before 9am. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with sedation and so far (day one) have had minimal discomfort. They provide you with a wrap that holds ice packs so you don’t need to order one. I also received a call from Dr. Raffoul directly the day before the appointment for any last minute questions which I really appreciated.

I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Brittany, the dental hygienist, this morning, and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've ever had at any medical appointment. From the moment I sat in the chair, Brittany made me feel completely at ease with her warm and calming demeanor. She is incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring I received the highest level of care. What truly sets Brittany apart is her exceptional bedside manner. She takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure her patients feel heard and comfortable. Her gentle approach combined with her genuine kindness made what could have been a routine appointment feel like a personalized, five-star experience. In all my years of going to appointments, I’ve never encountered a provider who blends expertise and compassion so seamlessly. Brittany is a top-notch professional who goes above and beyond, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. I feel lucky to have been treated by her, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Very unhappy- I had a "Free" consultation, they were personable and nice. I've also had 5 other consultations from various implant centers. None of whom charged my insurance a thing. Unfortunately family implant charged my insurance Co hundreds dollars for this "FREE" consult. BEWARE when they say free- I'm glad I'm going elsewhere.....

Once again(my 3rd procedure there) in addition to my routine visits has exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front desk to all the staff I have encountered with while being seen at the office has been excellent.The name of the suits this practice because that is how I feel when I’m seen. Dr Raffoul once again took excellent care of me. I appreciate him just know I was a bit scared but you made it all better. My favorite hygienist Mattie she came in and did her thing numbing me up for the doctor. Last and not the least Mattie the tech she made sure I was comfortable and even held my hand(that was sweet) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I haven't had my procedure yet, but during the consultation I feel I have Finally found a team Who cares about me ! I have visited many dental offices, searching for someone who can get my smile back, It has been one disappointment after another for a couple years now! Dr. Georges and Dr Raffoul treated me with joy and support, like Family... I am grateful to them ! And I am so excited to get my smile back!

I recently visited this dental office and had an exceptional experience. Normally, I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, but this visit was completely different. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Allyssa, the hygienist, and Dr. Fadi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and in good hands. The care I received was thorough, yet not painful as I had anticipated. I Had very bad experience with family implant at Brandon Office. Raffoul told me in my first visit the total A now he wants charge Moore when he did Not finish the job instead, he went on vacation and let his assistant name Tuesday finish. And she never did when already pay lots of money my first visit. He alone with his employees are totally Incompetent. He really has no experience doing Implants. I'm regret since day one work with him. Please don't; make same mistake that i did. I'm very unhappy with the situation.

I first visited this business for a cleaning and hopes of finding a new dentist. I must say Diane was wonderful;so patient and she has so much knowledge as a dental hygienist! Today I saw Dr. Amie for a few fillings. Wow, she was amazing, patient and she really accommodated me...I am a dental phobic! Her assistant, Ciaobelli (not sure of the proper spelling) was also so comforting and went above and beyond to make sure I was coping well. Guess what, I was so much more relaxed than I normally have been elsewhere. I'm sold! This is where I belong!!!

I meant to leave a review months ago! This place is awesome! Very friendly staff. Clean and sanitary. I had a cleaning & xrays done. As well as a root canal & crown. Their electricity was out in the Brandon location from the hurricane, so they seen me in their new riverview location. When my temporary filling fell out the next day they were very quick to get me in to fix it. I went today for my new crown and they were just so nice. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Maddie was very sweet.She kept me entertained while we waited for the Dr. What a great place to get your dental work done! I highly recommend them. I even told some friends that have been looking for a dentist in the area! Thanks guys!!!
