Im not recommend this place . They told me my treatment was only two years i paid for that , after of two years they add me one more thats fine i understand everything takes time but they never told me about extra payments . Now i have to pay extra money , they forced to pay the same day of my appt . They should be honest with the patients and tell the true . Now i have to pay $1200 dollars because i need to finish my treatment . The manager never call me to explain anything about the extra payments ! So be carefull with this office

The ortho/dental assistant (I forgot her name) was very helpful!!! She spent a lot of time with me to answer all my questions and help me decide what the best option was for me! I love this ortho office. The orthodontist was very helpful and nice also. Great staff. Even the other staff who weren't assigned to me specifically were saying hi and how are you to me. I would definitely go back there if I needed to but I don’t think I’ll need to after today. Thank you Putnam Orthodontics!
