Orthodontic Harmony

My two girls (ages 9 and 11) have been going to Dr. Tracy Cheung for almost two years. We have been extremely happy with the entire experience. Dr. Tracy and her staff are kind, efficient and enthusiastic every time we visit. Dr. Tracy informs me often of the girls progress and is always available for any questions or problems the girls may have ... My girls like that they get to pick the color of the rubber bands on their braces and the color of their palate expander and they like that "cool" music is always playing in the background when they visit the office. Who knew that going to the ortho could be a drama free, enjoyable experience? I highly recommend Orthodontic Harmony!

You will be getting seen at your scheduled time which made it so much easier to plan my day out whenever I had an appointment. Fantastic orthodontist with an amazing staff! Punctual, professional, prepared, and very organized. My teenage son felt very comfortable going to every appointment. We especially appreciated how available Dr. Tracy and her staff were to us when when we had questions or concerns, and with scheduling appointments. The office was quick to return calls and/or emails. HIGH CLASS SERVICE. I would highly recommend anyone in the area (or wiling to travel) to bring their child here!

Dr.Tracy Li Cheung and staff at Harmony Orthodonthic are amazing! excellent service!My daughter needed braces we went to the initial consultation and Dr explained and answered all of my questions. What I love about this place is that you are treated in a respectful friendly manner. Office is clean and up to date , parking is available. If you have an appointment at 11am you are being seen at 11am! Appointment setting is a breeze! I am also a patient as well now after seeing the process with my daughter! I am soo happy with our progress and would recommend this office 1000000%

Professionals on every level. Super friendly staff, clean & cozy office.I have gone to many consultations with Orthodontists to find out what type of treatment is best for me Dr.Cheung explained thoroughly what treatment she would provide that was completely different than all other the orthodontists. Amazing results so far, can’t wait to see the final result :)

My initial review of this practice had 3 stars in it. Fast forward 9 months and because my teeth were left in unstable positions after stopping treatment I am dealing with sinus discomfort, gum recession, and jaw fatigue (all of which I did not have before). I am sad to be writing this, as with more and more healthcare professionals it seems like after you've paid the bill and you're not their problem anymore they do not care what happens to you. I wish the communication was better throughout the entire process and that the office was proactive in working with me to get my teeth back to where they were, or at least into a stable position. I suppose in the medical world that's just not their responsibility if I decide to stop treatment (before they even took my attachments off they had me pay and sign papers that said I am stopping treatment at my own risk). They took after photos and sent me on my merry way. I still have pieces of attachments on my teeth and my front teeth are flatter after the large attachments on them were sanded down. Please please make sure you communicate as much as you possibly can if you go here (or anywhere). I paid over $2K for new issues and will now have to undergo additional treatment.

I have been a patient at Orthodontic Harmony for a couple of years now. The entire team is so welcoming, and I've never once had to wait for an appointment to start. They are always on time, and Dr. Tracy and her team are very efficient once the appointment starts. Most importantly, I am extremely satisfied with the results of my treatment plan.
