My 9 year old daughter unexpectedly needed braces to fix a serious issue. Her dentist recommended Putnam Orthopedics, and we couldn't be happier. Everyone is not just friendly, but supportive and knowledgeable. My daughter feels safe and listened to. Every visit they review her progress with me and explain the next steps needed. I was very concerned going in, but they have saved my daughters beautiful smile. I am a grateful mom.

I highly recommend Dr Pai if you can travel to Carmel for care. But we did not have a good experience with Dr Li in the Briarcliff office. He said he warned me about challenges with my child’s teeth that he never did. (and his tone — “we’ve been telling you for months this was a problem” he said to me, when this was the first I was hearing of it). And we just discovered at the dentist that they left behind some elements of the orthodenture when they removed my son’s braces. Avoid the Briarcliff office.

So this place saved my smile. I really really recommend them not only that I had a serious issue with my jaw and bite they recommended jaw surgery I proceeded with it knowing this might be the scariest thing I’m going to experience but I did it and I’m so happy and grateful I made this decision thanks to Putnam orthodontics thank you again ! If I could give Putnam Orthodontics and their staff 10+ stars I would. My daughter had her consultation today with Dr. Li and he was fantastic. Usually my daughter gets anxious when visiting a dental facility. However, Dr. Li and Estefanny who is the treatment coordinator made her feel at home. My daughter was actually excited to be there even after her X-rays that Estefanny assisted her with. It was very clean, everyone was was very nice and helpful. I was greeted upon arriving and exiting. Dr. Li was very attentive and informed me about everything I needed to know regarding my child’s treatment and Estefanny was phenomenal as well. She helped me understand everything and I was amazed on how knowledgeable she is, Estefanny answered every question I had throughly and I was not rushed at all. She informed me of every step to better my daughter’s smile, truly a gem. I don’t believe my daughter I would have received such great service anywhere else. Exceptional customer service from Estefanny, Dr. Li and the entire staff. I’m very happy to have had my daughter seen by the amazing professionals at Putnam Orthodontics. I’m extremely pleased with the consultation and services. The visit exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend. 10/10! Thank you!!

My daughter just finished phase 1 of her orthodontic work. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pai and all the staff. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. We never had to wait long. We were always kept well informed and best of all her teeth look so much better already. If your child is in need of orthodontic work, you will be in good hands here!!!

This place is GREAT !!! My Daughter needed braces for years now , but financially I couldn’t afford it . Every place wants so much money a month and then 3 times that amount up front. Well not here , this office is a god sent !!! My sister came here and got my nephew braces and she couldn’t speak more highly of this establishment, so glad she told me to come here!!!! They don’t ask for ANY money down and they work with you on pricing . They genuinely care about fixing our children’s teeth unlike other places that just want all your money right away. The office is spotless and they take all health protocols due to covid , so I definitely felt comfortable in the office . The entire staff is extremely friendly and so professional , they keep you informed with everything through Email and text . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! I’m spreading the word to every person I know that has kids!! Oh yea and I live an hour away from the office and it’s totally worth it !!!!!

I had braces as a kid and did not wear my retainers as an adult. As time passed my smile made me self conscious due to a protruding front tooth and crooked lower teeth. I went to Putnam Orthodontics- panicked because my daughter was getting married and I wanted my smile to match my great joy.The team of high quality dentists and assistants gave me my smile back and I am beyond grateful!
