Bridgeport Braces is such a great place. My daughter has been a client since she started her braces journey back in 2017, when she was just 8 years old. Dr. Bartley has given us excellent service throughout the years. The work that has been done to my daughter's teeth is AMAZING. She loves it and I love that for her. She is almost at the end of her braces journey, which saddens us both, but we will forever be grateful to and for Dr. B. I will forever recommend Bridgeport Braces not just because of the excellent service that they provide but for the staff as well. This place was Amazing!! The dentist and the coordinator we're so wonderful and caring we left this place with no further worries after dealing with a nightmare of another consultation I thought there would be no better I was soo wrong I'm the happiest parent right now knowing my daughter is going to receive the best care money can buy 😊 ❤️

It's been a nightmare, I paid all cash for my treatment! After a year I started having issues. It was time for me to move to the next phase of my treatment plan with extractions. I have seen so many doctors at the practice that at this point, they were very confused about which teeth to pull. I have three different plans, pulling different teeth, it got so frustrating I tried to speak with the office manager. I attempted to speak with her many times and left messages and was told she would call me back, but she never did, I've been calling without a return calls since the beginning of November. I found it really interesting when I called and requested the remainder of my money back, since I paid all cash, I still did not get a return phone call. At this point, I will be contacting every state and federal agency known to man, that protects people with disabilities from being taken advantage of, and I will get the remainder of my money back. They chose the wrong victim to take advantage of!

The best experience I've had at a Dental Practice. I was referred here by my son's Dentist and 10/10. From the moment I walked in the front desk greeted me, introduced themselves, were sweet & soft spoken yet informative. The coordinator came and got us within minutes and explained the process and that he would be getting xrays. Then the orthodontist came she was so nice, they both listened to my concern's and were clear on the plan we came up with for his braces. Wonderful experience. The location was also clean and bright, very welcoming.

I unfortunately need to share my negative experience at Bridgeport braces.I had a very tumultuous experience on every step of the way during my Invisalign treatment.From getting my teeth glued together, receiving the wrong number of trays, missing attachments on my teeth. One positive thing is that when these things happened Dr. Bartley was quick to respond to my concerns and get me a new appointment.However, there was very little communication towards the end of my Invisalign treatment, they left an attachment on my teeth, and they gave me molds for my permanent retainers. Something I was not aware of until the same day.Today I came back to get the missing attachment removed and to my surprise they did not honor rescanning my lower teeth giving me new retainers which all happened due to their oversight. I am very disappointed at how my case was handled so I believe it was important to share my experience to everyone.

Excellent service, I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years and the people who work here are truly wonderful, like in person and their service, and always smiling and with the best attitude. I love the smile that I have now, I can't say that someone is the best, in this place the entire team is the best because all the girls and doctors have worked on my mouth to have the best smile, and I am very grateful to everyone (you.
