Every single member of his team (from the front of house to the back) are wonderful.They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable during the process of my getting braces. We have had a wonderful wonderful experience over the past two years with our daughter at Sher Smiles. The entire team is friendly and welcoming at each visit. My younger two kids can't wait to become patients themselves (let's be honest, it's likely!) - as they have enjoyed many office slushies as well as the family-friendly events they host every year. I have referred several people here already and will continue to do so! Not to mention, my daughter's teeth look beautiful! :)

My daughter needed to get orthodontic work done according to her dentist, so I had consultations with 3 different orthodontists. As soon as I walked into Sher Smiles, every single person was very friendly. They explained what they thought my daughter needed, didn't rush me, and made sure she also felt comfortable. I didn't get this feeling from the other two places I visited. Before I left that day, I decided to schedule her orthodontic work at this place.We've been going there for around one month now, and we are always greeted with a smile. Dr. Sher is great, friendly, and has a calm manner about him that helps my daughter's anxiety (and mine!) about getting dental care. I absolutely love that I can go back to sit with her during her appointments.I have no doubts that we picked the best place for our family. What I love the most is that they make us feel like their family, too.

Sher smiles was fantastic! Their staff is over the top (in a good way)! The dentist called me the night before to check if I had any questions. Also, they spoke to my daughter, at the appointment, making sure she did not have questions. I appreciate all the time they gave us. My daughter has not had work done yet as it was a consultation. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism, time they took, and their kindness. Thank you!!

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment & am very satisfied with the outcome! Dr. Sher & staff were very thorough in explaining my treatment plan , as well as the financials. Dr. Sher and his team are super awesome and friendly. Dr. Sher took the time to explain everything at our consultation and answered all of our questions. When my son got his braces placed they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. The office is very clean and runs seamlessly. It’s also a pretty fun atmosphere for the kids too. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Sher and his team. I wanted straight teeth for my wedding. While he suggested braces, he fully supported my decision of invisalign. When I became closer to my wedding he stated my teeth would not become fully straight and that he could rush braces or after my wedding I could return and get braces placed to finish the correction. He stated that you wouldn't notice my teeth weren't perfect in my wedding photos and he was absolutely correct. He put me through braces and was absolutely amazing the entire time. As I got towards the end they surprised me on a visit and took them off which I was so grateful for. His team is always so pleasant. I highly highly recommend going to this office. You can tell he truly wants to see you walk out with a perfect smile. Now I don't feel the need to hide my smile. I cannot thank him enough.

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing! The Staff were super friendly and kind, they were there every step of the way with smiles all around. Dr. Sher and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! I had braces several years ago and was having a few issues with my permanent retainer. Having recently moved to cleveland, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that dr. Sher was able to fit me in super quickly. He thoroughly explained all the options I had for repairing the permanent one or converting to a removable retainer. It was clear he has patients’ best interests in mind. Would definitely recommend!!
