Less than 1 star. I had an appointment for 3pm. I arrived at 2:38pm. It's 5pm & Dr. Golden still has not worked on me. This is unprofessional. I have been coming to this Dentis ever over 20 years & have never received such horrible customer service. Ever since Dr. Ross retired, this place had gone downhill!! Time to find a new dentist!

They are so understanding and patient. Took the time to explain so much to me as this was my first time having dental issues. Thank you to Krystal and Lisa especially for pointing me in the right direction and keeping a positive attitude with all my questions and concerns.

My first time at 505 on Claremont. Customer service is good. Friendly and they let you know what to expect every step of the way.

I liked the service provided by the doctor that treated me however I did not appreciate the service of the office overall and question how this office is still in practice after my experience. My appointment was rescheduled roughly 5 times with extremely short notice every time, sometimes being rescheduled a few hours before the scheduled appointment time which is very inconsiderate of those who work and have to request time off work to make it to these appointments like myself. This happened over the course of 3 months before I was actually seen and treated by a doctor after my initial cleaning. I tried speaking with a manager about the issue and my calls were never returned, and the only people you are ever connected to when rescheduling are operators / not the office directly. Overall very frustrating experience. I tried going to another dentist but no one would see me unless I waited a 6 month period from my initial cleaning with this office due to insurance billing purposes. Please be mindful when scheduling with this office that your appointment could be rescheduled with little to no notice several times and it may take a few months before you are treated which could make whatever oral issue you are experiencing worse.

This dental office is incredible! They truly gave me my smile back—just in time for my birthday! Pricilla is amazing; from the moment she walked into the room, she treated me with such kindness and compassion. And Dr. Daniel? A perfectionist to the core (which can be a little annoying at times), but it’s only because he genuinely cares and wants everything to be just right. His work is top-tier—from extractions to dental work to ensuring my bridge fit perfectly and my bite was flawless. I’m not exaggerating when I say this team is the best! The entire staff is wonderful—we’ve shared some laughs, and I know I’ll always come back. Thank you all!

Lisa is amazing! She will definitely take care of you with what ever it is that you need, so make sure you ask for her when you go. I was able to get an X-ray and cleaning all in one day. They are very fast and sufficient, i highly recommend. Totally satisfied 😁 …
