The staff here are extremely welcoming and friendly, brought my little brother here for his first visit and the doctor was very friendly with him and explained everything with clarity. I’ve been here before for my own teeth, and have always been satisfied with their service. Extremely professional and will definitely continue coming here!

Worst place to call!! The receptionist when I called today name is Ali or so she say, was extremely dismissive and kept asking personal information about me and kept giving me the runaround just to schedule an appointment. She’s extremely rude and seems like she has very little patience. No empathy or professionalism at all! I asked for a supervisor she said there wasn’t any! I got the worst call service just to book an appointment after waiting on hold for 15 mins just to pick up the phone. I don’t recommend calling or going here!! Just imagine the in person service!!! If a manager is reading this please retrain your employees !!! I called today at 250-305pm 1/8/24 her name was “Ali”!!!

This place is extremely clean in hygiene, doctors are very generous and polite . Front desk is really good at helping and understanding..Doctors are very experts in handling their job well.. 10 start ⭐️

Amazing doctor but bad staff.The staff is horrible and extremely rude. They try to keep parents away from their kids during visits. They trashed my child’s 1st tooth after being told by myself and the doctor to keep for the the child. They trick you into doing a review to get a discount before you are seen.

They gave me care credit for 800 for my daughter paided almost 4 000 don't go there are thieves and don't understand what this front desk is doing!!!!! I give them a zero Don't volunteer people to take credit out and charge them 5 times about like loan sharks and make them sign please Don't use care credit !!@@!@ go some where else I so had insurance@!@ ps they don't answer there phone ....

The dentist my son was going to before I brought him here messed his teeth up by not properly doing X-rays and taking care of them once his teeth grew in!!!! I brought him here and my son loved it ! He had a whole different attitude Dr. Zhang is amazing!!! She made him feel comfortable and safe! And now we travel here for all his appointments and we live in Westchester!!!! They are really great with kids here and THAT is so IMPORTANT in how kids respond to dentists!!! They get a 10 from me!!!! Bring your kiddos here!!!!

Great place for dental treatment! Friendly staff , very warm and welcoming. My daughter was referred to get cavity treatment and everyone made it such an amazing experience for her. I definitely recommend a going here for any dental treatments. Also your child will be happy with the little gift bags with the cute character toothbrush and toothpaste paste.

The worst customer service, had to take out a wisdom tooth and waited all week because of memorial holiday. Made an appointment and was told that there doctor was not in, but never received a call to let me know. Front desk was VERY RUDE and try to cover up there mistake, as always. Now I have to find another oral surgeon and don’t know how long!
