Bronx Family Dental

I don't even know where to start but I'm gonna give you my honest experience about this place. Today was my FIRST visit to this place and it was the BEST experience ever. I'm very skeptical about certain places and people. I get energy from people and places and as soon as i walked in and i was welcomed by a young lady i got good vibes, i looked around and the place felt like a good homely atmosphere. I took a seat then i was greeted by Ms. Keisha who was very nice and professional. After filling out some paperwork Ms. Aisa called me in and introduced herself (Professionally) and told me what will be done today, i asked her a few questions to feel her energy and we laughed at a few things then we got down to business, before anything was done i asked her if i would be in any pain or if something was gonna hurt and she was honest enough to show me one that might hurt, i asked her i needed to say a lil pray before we started then we proceeded. I was impressed after she was done. Next was a doctor (OMGGG i forgot her name, but i think it was Ms. Kirti Tewari who was very very professional and asked her a few questions to feel her energy and she explained to me what will be done and i felt very comfortable. Last but not least was Ms. Nella who was very professional and i "interviewed" her also to get a feel for her energy, before we started i asked her that i needed to say a prayer, i prayed then we got to work, Nella was the longest but she did a FANTASTIC job and i can tell she loves what she does. After i was finally finished i told EVERYONE that it was a GREAT experience and that i would recommend my friends to come here. The place had a homely feeling which is good. On my way out i met a young lady that cleans up the place by the name of Pat, we spoke and i also got some good energy from her, we discussed a few topics that's going on in the world right now, i told her not to worry about anything just keep praying and GOD will protect you. Ok i think i wrote enough of my experience at this wonderful facility, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you need to go to the dentist. I give it a 10++++++++++++

Amazing experience. They are so professional and really care.The technicians are incredible and the doctor is so accommodating and thorough. Told my husband and brother-in --law about this place. Both made appointments asap.

Came in for a cleaning and Nella gave me one for the books will come again and ask for her. Not too hard but very thorough

I have been going to this dentist for a few years and I have no complaints. I have had experiences with great hygienists, the front desk staff and the dentist. I’m sorry I have to leave them due to a change in my medical insurance. They might look small from the outside but they offer great services on the inside . Why not give them a try

Very good dentist in the Bronx very professional staff at the front desk. The gentle dental hygienist is the best. I received a very thorough cleaning and the dentist. Her self was very compassionate and understanding and professional. I would recommend this dentist because they really care.

Great place. My dental hygienist was great, I can't remember her name, but she's african and she is polite, I highly recommend this place, is access to the bus or train

Professional staff. Small but clean facility. Did not experience much discomfort, as is my experience with other dentist I have visited. This could become my dental care facility if my first impression is the only consideration. I want to change my review to a 1 only because I can't make it a zero. The service was fine, but not only did they want to split a simple service into 2 visits on my second visit there, but they tried to charge me for a service that they did not even provide me with. Didn't think that was ethical at all.

I had an amazing experience. Even For it being my first visit , things went very smoothly and quickly! From the handling of the paperwork, to getting my X-rays done and the service I requested completed, I was in and out quickly. All the ladies who took care of me were beyond amazing! They were very welcoming and professional! I am so happy I trusted Dr. Tewari and her staff with my precious teeth. I highly recommend!
