The experience was very quick and not painful at all. And the Doctors are very polite. Jill, the assistant is nice and knows what she’s doing. Dr E is also very quick and gets the job done without you feeling any pain.

So i was just dismissed as a patient by the front desk girl that told me ita because i was rude my last conversation with hwr last week. Well its a shame because the dentist and assistant in the back are really nice etc. when i First started the receptionist Anna which is no longer there was amazing knew her job and how to work with ppl and proper steps towards any services referrals or prior authorizations needed. Now the girl there feels im disrespectful because i work in the field and had to correct her informing jer my ima didnt mewd a prior authorization, every other word os umm well .. up to laat week i had to cancel explaining to her my mother is currently in the hospital dying from cancer and was there anyway to help with a sooner appt then next monrh. She was offended i know what was needed for my insurance n did half the work for her contacting them myself yet again all i can get was … umm well So if being rude is crying explaining my moms dying so i cant make it and correcting her on the wrong information shes giving me then so be it! When u work in a health care/ dental office you must learn how to speak to people from different situations be sympathetic and address them accordingly not dismissive because your also being corrected in the wrong information you provided for patients. She unfortunately is pretty clueless with these things and may need some cheat sheets to know how to carry out her job efficiently It’s just sad And I bet the Dentist himself isnt aware of what truthfully occurred and how much she slacks in medical and insurance knowledge when it comes to her position

I had my first appointment at this dental office. From making the appointment to actually seeing the dentist, everything is on point at this office. I was well informed of what I needed to have done during the visit, how to additionally care for my teeth going forward and suggestions of what we need to handle during my next appointment. The dental assistants were extremely helpful. I highly recommend!

Just had my fillings done and it was an amazing experience. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable. Had to take the anesthesia, and honestly didn't feel pain from the needle. Very clean and nice place.

The front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. E is very professional and I like he explains everything to me in detail. Yesterday was my first day at BWFD and I’m coming back. I had a better experience here than at my other dentist so I’m definitely making the change.

Everything was going well with the dentist. Until he did a root canal on my tooth and completely messed it up to where I now have an infection I did miss appointments due to family emergency. So now for me to come back they expect me to pay almost $400 for A MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE BY THE DOCTOR ! Don’t recommend getting serious work done on your tooth with this doctor.

Amazing place, I got an appointment last minute for the day after luckily. The ladies in the front were very kind and patient. They helped fill forms as it was my first time alone. Helped setting appointments and pointing me in the right direction for my care. The doctors and nurse were amazing, they spoke in details, telling the right steps, explained everything and its reasoning, gave me amazing care. Definitely will be my main choice.
